ovh Cloud is such waste of money these…

ovh Cloud is such waste of money these days.they blocked severs every two-three days. people send them abuse case and without any veryfication they blocked severs. also there customer panal is too slow even cheeper vpn have better. live chat agesnt dont have anything to do, they are useless.

I have had a very poor experience with this service. I ordered my VPS over 24 hours ago, and I'm still waiting for it. With other providers, I received my VPS instantly. I have tried contacting them, but I have not received a response yet. I do not recommend this service. 👎"

I was not even able to get onboard

I was not even able to get onboard. I found a good introductory VPS offer on another version of their site, just ovh.com probably. I set up an account but then could not log into it. Somehow I had ended up on the ca site instead. So I made a new account and was able to order.

Neither site had a country choice of USA (my citizenship) and neither worked properly for Georgia (my residency). But I go an order submitted.

The order page had a message that it might take up to 48 hours and I might be contacted. Several days later nothing changed and no contact. Then I found a list of orders on another page and saw it was cancelled. With no notification. None.

I opened a ticket and they told me to go to the US site, although I am actually in Georgia. I went back to the first account which appears to be a site for anywhere else and ordered again. The same deal was offered, although on the US site I don't think it is. Same thing - same message, cancelled, no notification.

The cancellation is bad enough but no notice at all? And why the message that it will take 2 days or more? I went to time4vps and had a new VPS in minutes with prompt helpful support.

I would now like to remove all my information from their systems upon closing the useless accounts. But there is no place to do this. A Google search indicates others have also not been able to remove themselves. One in Europe resorted to quoting the GDPR.

If you want to open a reliable VPS quickly avoid this place entirely. I've used Digital Ocean with great success and not time4vps. Both are far, far superior. I'm sure others must be also.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with the Baremetal Dedicated Server I purchased from your company. I have made payment for a 6-month period, and I have encountered some difficulties with the server that require your attention.

Initially, I had a problem installing the OS to the server, and I reported the issue through a ticket. Your team promptly responded, and the issue was resolved within an hour. I appreciated your team's swift action in resolving the matter.

As an experienced Rust Game Server hoster, I have hosted game servers with other hosting providers such as GTXGaming, ZAP, Digital Ocean, Amazon EC2, and Azure VM. I recently hosted two Rust Game Servers for my friends in your India Region Datacenter and Singapore Region, and the experience was fluent. Therefore, I decided to host my server with OVHCloud as well.

However, I have encountered a problem with connecting to my Rust Game Server hosted on your platform using Ubuntu 20.04 and linuxGSM. I opened all firewall ports, but I still cannot connect. I have reported the issue through a ticket and attached screenshots, but I have not received any response from your team for the last 10 hours. I have also tried reinstalling the OS and reconfiguring using various methods and even followed a tutorial on YouTube, but the issue persists.

I am disappointed with the customer service provided by your team, and it is not reliable. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a prompt solution. I have invested time and money in your company's services, and I expect a better customer service experience.

I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed of any progress made to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

The Asia Pacific branch of OVHcloud are likely going to sink OVHcloud

The Asia Pacific branch of OVHcloud are highly likely going to be the cause of the downfall/collapse of OVHcloud.

Abysmal customer service, in-ability to manage the workload, deceptive and dismissive business practices, business management that does not continue a trusting rapport with clientele, service staff that couldn't really give a rat's about the customer/client and give rubbish stock standard replies (just watch any reply given here it will be generic, in-sincere and of no real substance).

Seriously atrocious management of the whole Asia Pacific branch of OVHcloud ... they will end up sinking this company.

We were potentially going to on-board up to 2500 VPS instances (around $1.5M in revenue per year for OVHcloud and as few as 500 so approx $300K per year) yet they couldn't be bothered to keep a rapport with us, could not be contacted except via support staff that really do not care at all and just reply with crap stock standard responses and sound so miserable you could almost feel their lack of enthusiasm for life working for OVHcloud. They sounded soulless and down trodden.

Worst experience I've ever encountered!!!

Really disappointed support

Really disappointed support. I recently deployed a vps server there, the snapshot function bugs. My server keeps inaccessible for hours! The support is not helping on this issue! Yes they reply they are working on it but I waited for more than 12 hours.
