My first 3D printer and I am not disappointed. For the installation, it was packaged very well, a thumb drive was provided with instructions, videos, and the first plans to print. It is well build and I am confident that I will be able to print excellent model in a near future. I recommend it for newbie like me.

I am still waiting for my package. I have elegoo printers and use elegoo flaiment to print items that I use in my production. FedEx was terrible at delivery and this has affected my job.

I’ve received answers quickly, and very efficiently.
They honoured their warranty immediately, and sent a lot of clear pictures to help me troubleshoot. This is customer care at its best!

Really great service! I recommend elegoo

I purchased 4 rolls and they arrived loosely banded together. This banding bent the outside carton of the two outermost rolls. Bending it back in place the filament still worked on one of my machines.
Unfortunately, one of the rolls was cross rolled and jammed on the last wrap of the roll, ruining a 60 hour print.
I love the filament, but these two issues just drove me nuts.

Great products, work great with any Prusa machine.

Had many versions of 3d printers from Ellegoo,even the first centauri carbon but the second one is really impressive.

Arrived on time. Well packaged. Excellent prints right from the get go.

Easy setup for the CC2. Elegoo slicer is user friendly to an extent and assuming you have some patience. Small library of free prints.

The order came quickly and without issue, and the new printer (Centauri Carbon 2) is working a treat. A few minor teething issues with web based printing (affecting everyone, not just me) were resolved quickly and the team let us know. Everything worked perfectly on my local network in the meantime.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my printer. I also had a CC1 before the new CC2.

Printer works great. It was very noisy at first, but that was a software/firmware settings issue, not a printer problem.

Not happy with service. Dent in printer when arrived and arguing with me about returning before replacing. Dealt with much smaller companies who would send new item and packing slip to have damaged one returned This was not acceptable to them. I'm being penalized (in my opinion) for FedEx bad delivery.

So update. I returned the printer for an exchange. Canada Post attempted to deliver and no one was there to receive it at Elegoo in BC, and it has been sitting at Canada Post outlet for 2 days now. No one has picked it up yet and Elegoo won't send replacement until then can "inspect" it. They were sent photos of box and prnter when it arrived. The service is horrible. Changed review to 1 star.
