Absolutely the worst company

Absolutely the worst company, customer service and website! STAY AWAY! Ordered shoes from their site, when the shoes arrived- they were the wrong style- not what I ordered. Have spent the last 6 weeks trying to communicate with them to correct this error. There is only a CHAT feature (no one responds) or an email address- No response there either. There is no physical address or phone number. They do NOT respond- or they just ask for the same info again. Finally filed dispute with credit card company- still in process. DO NOT ORDER from this website!
