das Rad reparieren zu lassen bin ich vom Kaufvertrag zurückgestreten,mit Frist bis zum 30.04.2026 und nichts passiert.Der Service dieser Firma ist wirklich ein Witz.

Vor knapp 2 Jahren kaufte meine Frau ein BZEN Brussels, mit dem wir bereits viele, auch längere Touren unternommen haben. Es gefällt u.a. durch einfache Handhabung auch durch das geringe Gewicht, wenn es z.B. in Bahnhöfen mal Treppen rauf unter runter geht.
Jetzt hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Hinterrad. Nach Kontakt mit dem Service wurde prompt ein neues geschickt!
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Rad und insbesondere auch mit dem Support.
