Why it is that every second I access the site am required to pay. Don't you keep a persons information other than asking for repeated payments every second. It's not even 3 minutes as you claim. My brothers phone has just been lost and we actually paid twice using different divices at the same time and you were showing us different locations that are not even related for the same exact phone.
