No 5G throughout Singapore with an…

No 5G throughout Singapore with an iPhone 16 pro. Only connects with LTE. Support were no help solving it and just blamed lack of signal. It seems ByteSIM only support LTE in Singapore despite their website saying otherwise.

Our Singapore eSIM plans support local high-speed networks, but whether the phone displays 5G or LTE can depend on several factors, including device network mode, iOS carrier settings, APN configuration, the selected operator, and the local network profile assigned to the eSIM.

This should not have been dismissed simply as “lack of signal.” If you contact our 24/7 support team with your order number, we can check the exact line configuration, guide you through manual network settings, or switch you to another available network profile if needed.

If the service still does not meet your expectations, we’re happy to review your usage and offer a fair refund solution.

Their support via whatsapp was very quick and we were able to solve my problem when my mobile data didnt work when flying on a different island in indonesia. Within 5 min the issue was fixed. Very happy with the result and their overall eSIM service

I had difficulty in installing/activating the eSIM (I am not so good at these things) and an employee replied to me immediately. I send screenshots and noticed that the reply was not automatic. Someone really tried to help me fast. I managed to activate my card without a problem!

I purchased an e-sim for the Falkland…

I purchased an e-sim for the Falkland Islands at the end of Dec 2024. Afterwards, I was warned by locals that most likely there would be no service and unfortunately they were correct. E-sims for other countries worked well, but not this one which expired unused. I did email with the guarantee period but didn't receive a response. Waste of money. I see they don't sell this product any more which is good.

Amazing customer service today

Amazing customer service today, I needed a refund on my order and the request was processed within the hour. So helpful and simple, very nice individual to speak with too (didn’t catch a name!) will definitely be ordering from here again
