I'm going to write in English as my experience with the customer service was all in English which I much appreciated.

I ordered 2 of the same motherboard, 2 b650 boards, the postage was very quick 3 days between order and receiving so that was great, I did however receive a b650 board and a b550 board which obviously was not right, however on contacting the customer support I was answered within 20 mins by email and the solution was exactly as I requested. Which was to have the replacement sent to me immediately and with that a postage sticker to send the other board back within that package.
Again I received that package quickly and sent the other board back the next day by just handing it to my local postwoman with the attached sticker.

Overall a very good service that I have no complaints about, we all make mistakes here n there so I can't hold that against them, and the solution to the problem was to handle it quickly and professionally.

I would recommend and use their service again.

The service, the prices and the products are awsome but the site is poorly translated and I didn't saw the "pick up the parcel" part and had to send mails to send me the parcel.

the ARCTIC LIQUID FREEZER II 280 i ordered is missing 4 screws that attach the cooler with motherboard but luckily i have some i used them + manual book is missing

I had a problem with a faulty AMD processor. The team at bytesatwork, Ellen and Dave, were super fast and responsive and very helpful. They tested the faulty item the day the received it back from me even though they were hugely busy (it was black Friday) and shipped a new one as soon as it was available. They answered all my emails and resolved all my problems very quickly and patiently. I will look to buy all my components from this company in future because I know I can trust them to help if I have any problems no matter how rare.
