I have been using the residential proxies from Ping Proxies for a very specific use case, where certain online services require an IP address from the same country, and it must be a residential (non-datacenter) connection.

For my needs, it has been working great so far.

Extremely pathetic service, their founder is hell egoist. First of all, they claimed that they will provide clean ips, 8 out of 10 were not clean. I requested them to replace the id and didn't wait for their response since they were out of service time and posted a negative review here. When they were back in office, they rather responding to my request, suspended my account. I talked to them on their customer support and try to convince them that I mis-understood their customer service timing. deleted the review from here also. All this happned yesterday, today i created a new account and purchased a new plan. again 8 out of 10 ips were not clean, i contact their support and requested to provide the replacement without being rude. but they immediately suspended my account again. I did this intentionally to fix the relationship with them, but they don't know how to handle a tough client, hence I have the right to say that they are extremely pathetic. Think twice before purchasing their plans.

They offer a high quality proxies and a great customer support

Mostly good, solid ip's, dont get flagged often, but sometimes in social media creation gets blocked/denied, maybe its only in their free trial bandwidth? who knows, but I had some troubles while in evaluation period so didn't have confidence to commit

Had some issues with our proxies, and James was able to help me out and have everything back up and running within 24hrs. During the downtime, they even comped us a fresh set of proxies for a month. Been using ping for over two years now and they don't disappoint

I’ve never had a serious problem with their service, but even on the few occasions when I did have some issues, their customer support was very professional and respectful.
