Arvind has been really helpful in making sure that we make the most out of our GameBox. We thought that we'll hear the same thing when we reached out for help with gamebox- bhaiya chinese item hai, kharab ho jata hai.

He explained everything in detail and helped us get to working condition again.

1) Pixels fat rahe hain - not 4K, almost 240p- 360p max

2) Gamepads lag kar rahe hain(late respond kar raha hai)- 2nd wala kuch jyada hi

3)screen freezing & hanging - have to manually power off the console & remove & replug dongle & hard disk, after every 15-20 minutes. And then power on console again.

4) Sometimes after freezing for 5-10 minutes, the game console is itself restarting from beginning & then sometimes hanging while booting

5) Double back by pressing select & start together not returning from midgame like tekken & contra to main menu

I have purchased G11 pro and I am fully satisfied, the quality of the product is fine. Most importantly in any issue we are just a call away to Mr. Arvind for minor fixes. Much appreciated...i will recommend to purchase this product from RR Tech🙂

Bad experience, I'm regretting of buy a product from blue bytes, i returned the product after much request and they deducted my money 565 rs. Giving false reason of deduction.

Product is good.. just a suggestion that you should be in touch of courier company sometimes if the Product is required early, owner should inform courier company.

My name is Vishal Kumar Agarwal , My mobile No. is 9174797471 , I purchased G11 Pro 128Mb variant for my son at Bhopal . I have used the product for past 7 days . I am satisfied with the product and it's delivery. Supplier Mr. Arvind of byteblues responded to all my calls and messages . Mr Arvind clearly told me that product does not come with any warranty and suggested making unboxing video at the time of delivery but he assured technical assistance and full support in case of manufacturing defect within 24 hours of delivery. I recommend this supplier .

My suggestion to supplier for improvement is
(1) Sealing the outer packaging box with printed tape.
(2) Provide power adapter of 12volt 1.5 ampere instead of 1 ampere.

I will be looking forward to buying other products from byteblues
