Even giving them one star is too much
We bought 2 printers from them, and found out that they don't support their software, (one of the printers we didn't even take out of the box) I asked to return and then they told me that in their policy it is 7 days to return?! According to European law it is 14 days
I suffered the loss
I purchased another printer after consulting with them that is wireless. It turns out that he has to connect to a cable for internet, so I asked to return it by email after two days - I didn't get any response! On Friday I called and then they told me that it was only possible to return through my account and that I would take into account that I would not receive the full amount of the return because I opened the product and this is the policy.
I was really upset!! 1. Why didn't you say this before 2. According to the law, Europeans must give a full refund even for an opened product.
Because I got angry on the phone (and honestly I didn't have time to say anything except that they are a bad company) they immediately hung up on me!! I called another department again to receive the refund, I said they didn't treat me well - they cut me in the face again
I tried to connect to the site to receive the refund - they blocked my access
I managed to correspond with them through the app on the computer and they told me that because I got angry I was blocked, I will not get a refund and that's the policy!!!!!!!!

In my life I have never come across such a hostile society, literally a gang of criminals
What clearly illegal policy does the company have?? Just take money and that's it
All the workers there should be put in jail, including the owner who gives a hand to such a cartel

I ordered two items that totaled more than 500 euros. They said it wasn’t in stock and that they would cancel my order. It has been a month and I didn’t get the refund. Every time I call they say that the refund it is on its way , next day and nothing.
Don’t order from them !

ordered 2 weeks ago, rang to track the item and they said customs not paid- we have had no contact from ups (checked all mail folders) asked them to forward info and they didn't forward. In short they take your money then do nothing. Andy

Avoid this seller. Already ordered a few times but last time i got a product that dont work with my device and they just refuse to help. So be aware. Order from stores that care about clients!

This is scam company . DO NOT BUY from this website. I order cash drawers , paid fully for next day delivery. They stay matter for two weeks and nothing arrived . When I cancel order I suppose to get money back in week time but it’s been 4 weeks still money hasn’t come into my account.
When I called them, they says might take one year and next day they said they paid me. I asked for proof .. they said do whatever you want to do not gona get money back.

I ordered a mobile socket scanner from BYPOS. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. When I asked to return the article, they told me that it is not possible!!! Althought it's said on their website that customers have a free return right of 7 days! So, a lie! Be careful because I lost 200 € for the wrong item!

I live in Belgium. I made my order on 14.12 and the planned (scheduled) delivery was on 23.12. It didn't happen. I've contacted the seller 2 times and the seller told me that delivery will be on 28.12. It is not delivered today. Then the seller told me that the delivery can go up to 1 month. I refused the proposal and the seller canceled the order without my confirmation. I've waited 2 weeks for nothing.
