Parcel hasn't arrived. Poor communication.
Parcel hasn't arrived. DPD need to be contacted by Bypak.
Bypak don't respond to email as its undeliverable, chat on site doesn't work, no response from contact us on site, no response from a claim through paypal... you get the picture.
I can't recommend.
I'll sort out a box from somewhere else.
I'd just like my money back.

You told me that my order was underway…
You told me that my order was underway but DPD are still waiting for the package. I sent an email asking when you thought the package would be delivered to the bypak info email. The only response I have had is this email asking what I thought of the process. Customer service needs to improve.

Thank you for your email and we apologise that your order has not been delivered yet. We found late on Friday afternoon that DPD have been having issues getting to us to collect our shipments.
We have taken this up with them to investigate why they have not been collecting and will update you as soon as we possibly can with an update on your order. If you could email us on info@bypak.co.uk then we will assist you further and help to resolve this issue.

We got a 2-3 bedroom delux pack
We got a 2-3 bedroom delux pack, it is only enough boxes for one room I would say, the boxes aren’t very good quality, they tear easily, I think it shouldn’t be advertised as a 2-3bedroom as it really isn’t enough boxes, we will have to order more but will not be using this company again as it was false advertising
