Scam

I ordered a set in August 2026 and was expecting delivery by Sept 1. Each time the delivery date passed without receiving the product, the founder "Nathan" profusely apologized for the delay and provided several reasons. The first apology was the first sign that this was a scam. I played a long for a bit hoping that this company is real but the deliveries kept getting pushed and when I received a tracking number, it was fraudulent. "Nathan" keeps raising my refund amount (now up to 50%) but I keep demanding 100% as I've seen found a similar product locally. "Nathan" was made aware that my next call is going to my states Attorney Generals office for further inquiry.

By Organic plastic free cutting boards are a fraud

Ordered a set of plastic free cutting boards early this summer. Still no delivery by November. Despite numerous emails from my side requesting a refund, I received nothing but promises of a rebate and a later delivery. The high Trustpilot rating on their website is fraudulent- there is no link to, and not a single review on Trustpilot for this company. There are glowing reviews on their own website (fake?), but there is no option to leave a review. The website looks legit and well designed- but do not buy, you will most likely like me never see your money again!
