Loftie customer service is the best

Returns made simple!
I realized that the Loftie clock was not right for my wife and me. Customer service at the company was top-notch as they guided us through the return process. They offered advice and understanding, and made the process simple. Hats off to them, even when they're handling a return!

Truth about product.
The worst most awful service and product out there. The customer service is even worse. I thought it looked interesting so ordered and showed up looking like a cheap version then tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund me even though I sent it back within the timeframe. And now AI is responding to me and I can’t get my money back. I highly don’t recommend this product and service.

Absolutely love my Loftie Clock and Loftie Lamp, they have honestly transformed my mornings and evenings in the most beautiful way. My morning and evening routines have truly had the biggest glow up thanks to these products. I now start my day feeling calm and grounded, and my evenings feel like a little ritual instead of just “going to bed” 😍⭐️
But what impressed me just as much as the products themselves is the absolutely incredible customer service. The team was unbelievably kind, helpful and responsive. You can really feel that they care about their customers and about the experience they create around their products.
It’s rare to find a company where both the product and the service are this outstanding.
Thank you Loftie for creating something so thoughtful, it has genuinely improved my daily routine. I recommend it with all my heart🤍

Fantastic company. Integritous, generous, abundantly driven. I own the Loftie Lamp, the Loftie Clock, and Loftie Night Lights. They have seriously turned my apartment into an oasis. I was not able to wake up when my alarms went off—Loftie changed that. Gentle but effective. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. This is what tech should be doing for our society! Health is wealth.

Excellent clock, excellent customer service!
I absolutely love my Loftie clock. I purchased it almost 4 years ago and it has significantly improved my sleep. I no longer use my phone as my alarm. I love waking up to the peaceful sounds that the Loftie alarm offers. Loftie's alarm and app blocking features on Loftie Rest are also amazing.
I recently had an issue with my Loftie clock and Loftie's customer service was excellent! They provided me with quick support and replaced my clock when the issue was unable to be resolved.
I highly recommend Loftie!!
