A lovely looking and functioning table on the way to me. And a great discounted price. Very excited to receive it.

Order process not very good as there was no confirmation payment had gone through. I reordered and ended up with 2 orders! Then i had to ask for a cancellation resulting on 3-7 days for a refund back to my credit card.

my chairs are just as shown on their site.
Communication was good but I did have to use their chat to chase as there wasn’t any delivery information from them or DPD.
The chat was excellent and I was left fully informed and chairs promptly arrived the next day.

I’m sorry to say I’ve not had a good experience with this company. Not only was the wishbone chair I purchased extremely uncomfortable but returning it has proven strangely difficult. I still haven’t received a refund and customer service won’t respond to my emails. I would never deal with this Kallevig again.

Additional: Although Kallevig were well aware of how upset I was with their unprofessional behavior, it’s curious they waited months and months to address it — presumably because they thought I would allow my review to be removed. Once again, I stand by every word I wrote. My order number, referenced in their emails to me, is BKE37699.

I had a disappointing experience with byKallevig that left me more than dissatisfied!
I decided to return a set of chairs due to a color mismatch with my existing furniture and also because there were tiny marks and dents on the wooden parts upon delivery.
I followed their return instructions diligently, but they couldn't locate them in their warehouse for over a month.
The refund process was disappointingly slow, taking a frustrating 1.5 months to complete where I have to email the customer service every few days. Such a delay in return/refund process and lack of communication by customer service is unacceptable by industry standards.
I wouldn't recommend this company
