Had a very good experience over there must think of it.
It’s a nice & right choice for kids .!

They got rid of their customer service, stopped paying their teachers and did not honour their refund policy. They went down hill and kept selling bulk pre paid classes, by the time I wanted a refund, I had pre paid for $4,000 AUD worth of classes and they have not refunded any of it back. Emails and requests go unanswered. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience, they are yet to refund over 60 unused coding and maths classes for my son. I wish they can be sued.

Is anyone able to get a refund from them? What can we do to get our refund due to their shut down without notifications.

I am so disappointed to have to write a bad review. We signed up for a coding class for my son and about 2 months in, the teacher didn't show up. We messaged on what's ap and she informed me that we would no longer be receiving classes because the teachers were not getting paid. Welp! We had PRE-paid $2000!! So I have been emailing and trying to call for months with NO answers. I am now turning to my credit card company to see if we can get our money back somehow by filing for fraud!

We paid the for 300 classes could do approximately 150 when the site closed down and there was nobody to answer any calls. Wonder what’s my next option I wish they could start again but if not, I would need my money back and I’m not sure Who’s gonna be looking at this or who’s gonna respond to this I’m just wanted to share my experience, so others who have been scammed can write about their experience as well.

It is a scam. In a moment, they shut down their platform, without notice to students, parents, or teachers. They did not refund the packages already purchased. In Mexico, no one offers you a solution even when the corresponding complaint was filed with Profeco. No action was taken to stop them from continuing to offer services online.

they stopped the classes after few months. they have not refunded our remaining money. Jan 2025.

I liked the engaging video lessons and the simple, visual explanations of complex topics, especially in Math and Science. However, I disliked that the app sometimes lags or crashes on low-end devices, and the subscription fees are quite high. BYJU’S is doing well in providing quality digital education with interactive content and regular quizzes that help with concept clarity. They can improve by optimizing the app's performance and offering more affordable and flexible subscription plans.

It has been nearly a year since I've been trying to reach out to the management, and there has been no reply from them. The teacher continued the lessons for a long period, even after admitting that they were not receiving anything from Byju's management.

They simply disappeared and never refunded any amount. This is really disappointing, especially in Dubai; all the full payment is lost now, and we cannot get anything back.

I paid for 148 classes and my son just had 30 and then due to my family relocation to Newzealand , finding it hard to manage classes ( 8 to 9 hour time difference) , I requested BYJUS Rto redund remaining money and since past 10 months waiting for it. They are behaving like Scammers. Can anyone guide me how to get a refund. I paid approx 11500 AED (3200 USD) and only availed 20%.of what I paid for?

We signed up for coding and piano lessons. The instructors were awesome for piano, but scheduling was limited. Coding teachers were being changed constantly and a lot of classes the instructors would sign in late or leave early. There were very few options for scheduling. Then I realized that my child was not being taught how to code, but just being given step by step typing instructions. We have been requesting our refund for 7 months. We were told we would be given but no delivery of funds.

Paid about 2000$ for a coding class advanced course and after just 41% of classes completed the teacher and officials ha e just melted away. It has been over 3 months since the last class and the teacher keeps cancelling the class 10 seconds from the start of the online lecture. No news of what's happening and no way to get the money back and now looking at legal options against Byjus...a shame really!

We bought a 48-hour package for coding classes through BYJU's. It started off well with the teacher being engaged and my daughter enjoying the course. But after about half way through the sessions I got a message from the teacher saying that BYJU's havent paid them for over 2 months and that she could not continue teaching my daughter. I tried speaking with the BYJUs case worker assigned to me but the contacts had all disappeared. I emailed the support team a couple of times demanding my money back or a new teacher assigned but no replies. I cannot recommend this brand to anyone as they are not professional at all and although the initial service and communication was great they did not deliver the whole course and ran away with my money like scammers.

I didn’t even want to give it the one star. All my sons lessons were cancelled over the summer after having very disturbed lessons, teachers not joining the class, their website not working. Then suddenly they just cancelled his class and said they would resume in march. So that was 6 months of no coding. Today I decided to go on their website and it doesn’t work anymore. So they’ve taken my money and my son isn’t having any classes and we don’t know what’s happening. They are despicable! Stay far away!!!!!

My two sons are with byjus since 2020.
They have enrolled for math,piano,guitar and coding classes.
Till 2023 ,they were good .
But in 2024v,teachers are not taking lessons because are mot getting paid by bujus.credits are getting expired without attending any classes.
Is any way to ask them for refund ?
We have left more then 300 credits .

We learned coding in 2021 and completed 253 classes/projects, her teacher is good. Then we signed up Math classes too. Unfortunately all this fall apart in June when the founder involved in legal issue, teacher and support received no pay. So we finished the credits but didn’t receive any certification. Very sad, the curriculum is pretty good, but now no support from staffs due to no pay.,

I paid for many classes and since July my son has received no classes. He logs into the class but no instructor comes on. I would like a refund.

Very bad experience, booked a free trial, no one ever responded or got back to me. When I wanted to write a review, I realized many people are having bad experiences and reporting this website as a scam, glad I realized before subscribing to it, so BE CAREFUL.

Its a scam. I lost $500, thankfully I registered for 33 classes only. They were insisting to register for entire year. They conducted few classes then no one responded and teacher asked if we pay extra privately then only she will take classes as BYJU is not paying her 🙄. Please don't fall in their trap. No one respond to your email and call.
