Begin 2019 heb ik ‘ByJesseinshape’ opgericht om mensen met behulp van personal training zo goed mogelijk naar hun sportdoel te begeleiden. Denk hierbij aan op een verantwoorde manier afvallen en spiermassa opbouwen & nog veel meer! In het voorjaar van 2020 ben ik van Voorschoten naar Leiden verhuist en geef ik personal training vanuit mijn privé studio volledig ingericht met de benodigde apparatuur om elk individu te begeleiden naar het doel wat diegene voor ogen heeft.
