Ordered on Sunday evening, and arrived with me Tuesday morning. Item is exceptional quality for the price point — the fabric is SO soft and yet still has some real weight to it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Super unique shape, which is something that I’ve always loved about Jake’s work (in this instance, elongated sleeves and oversized hood). Look forward to ordering more in the future!

Amazing products. I had some problems with the delivery and they helped very amazingly until the packages was delivered.

I ordered an item from the site, unforuntalely the wrong item was sent, however the level of customer service & speed that was received was amazing and incredible to see.

Although the item did not come in time, the quality of the items are exceptional also and will definitely look to order more items from there.

My wardrobe consists of mostly REISS and it’s my go to every summer for my summer holiday clothes but nothing has ever truly wowed me, it’s just nice, which is why I’m delighted to of found Jake Hall in time for my holiday. I love how stylish and different the brand is but also how well it suits me and fits me, I ordered 3 items. Lisa is fantastic, she’s very helpful and professional. Can’t wait to see the winter drop and I know it’s a while off but restock the Pareis T-shirt next summer guys 🤞🏼

Fast shipping and friendly customer service when I had to return some items.

Purchased the ‘together bracelet’ for my partner for Father’s Day. After looking at the images. Lead to believe you receive a pair of bracelets, as no where states it is £60 for one. The images are of a father and child wearing them together hence the name. Totally disappointed to only receive one in the list after spending £60 on one. Then being told by the very unfriendly customer support that there isn’t a child’s version, you just make the mens one smaller. Your advertisement is wrong. You should make it clear in the description that you have to buy them separately but quite frankly £120 for 2 bits of red thread is a joke.

I was gutted when Prevu disappeared but so pleased when By Jake Hall launched with the same cutting edge designs, and now brand new collections. BJH is my go-to brand, especially for summer and I order all of the time. Service has always been excellent (unlike similar brand, Novu, which is terrible) and the team have nailed both the designs and the service. Huge congrats and keep smashing t!
