I orderd Knit but it was to big
I orderd Knit but it was to big. I tried to return it but the customer service isn't replying. So there isn't a option to return it.

I do like the clothes, but I had to return some items of my order and the return process was a nightmare.
Communication started at the beginning of December only because the return label that was supposed to be in the package was missing. With the return label sending the retour should have had a fix cost of 6€ instead of paying the regular ~20€ back to Denmark.
I reached out to them which was easy and an employee told me that he could send me the return label digitally and everything seemed fine for me.
Couple days later, they contacted me that they cannot send me the return label and they do not want to take the clothes back because the owner of the company switched. They made me an offer to keep the clothes for a discount, but I declined and wanted to return the clothes as it was my right according to their policy. They continued claiming that their system was just not able to provide a return label for my order so I even agreed of covering the return costs myself.
I sent back the items, they arrived early in January, and they only refunded a part of the money now in mid March!
I took me many emails and in the end ceaseless phone calls to get them to refund the money.
I also did not receive the full refund, although I already covered the full shipping costs for the retour. God knows why the reduced it by 5-6€ (return label?). But I just cut my losses now. It is not worth anymore of my time.
But actually it was the final straw why I am writing down my experience in this review.
I think my case is only an outlier and not occurring regularly. But still, I wasn't treated fairly:
- not providing what they claimed on their website (return label)
- taking several months for refunding the many, although after my retour arrived at the beginning of January they said I would get my money back at the end of January
- not reacting to any emails or phone calls since last email end of January, so they kept me hanging unknowing and impossible to reach them for 1,5 months
- they did not refund the full amount, but arbitrarily deducted 5-6€ without explanation.
It was just a painful experience!
Dearly surprised after the previous rejection of the order. The goods were delivered to me for free. I appreciate it very much.
As communication with company began, issue was succesfully solved with correct size change.

3 work days without any answer from factory flagship eshop (via 3 emails) with this problem for solving:
Order No. 58682 with item Gordon /3096 Navy Blazer in size “L”)
“This size what I’ve chosen based in previous experience with model Jones with same “L” size (..fitting perfectly).
Model Gordon is more larger (width, sleeve width, sleeve length) than my before bought model Jones,(photos are attached..), and for this reason I must change this item to another (smaller “M” size).
As customer I didn’t made a mistake in clothing size (previous experience, precise description in cm isn’t published in shop website .)
In right of returns is published that the Seller pay the shipping cost back to you, in case of exchanges.
From my (customer) side is much expensive order international shipment via UPS, as your corporate negotiated prices for parcel returns.
and transfer this cost within return process to the Seller.
Based on this fact is more reasonable for solving this return for both side (Seller/Customer) you send my (as .PDF document) standard UPS Parcel return label.(more EU e-shops have it as standard..).
