Unacceptable Service – Refused Ride Without Justification
We arrived at Billund Airport with our family, including a small dog (5 kg, in an airline-approved carrier). A Byens Taxi driver initially agreed to take us, but after learning our destination was only 15 minutes away, he suddenly refused service—pointing at the dog as an excuse.
The dog had just flown in the cabin with us and was fully contained. There was no valid reason to deny us the ride. This behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory. Travelers should be aware that this company may refuse service arbitrarily.
