I purchased a jacket in-store

I purchased a jacket in-store, but unfortunately it didn’t fit. When I returned, the team were incredibly helpful—they ordered the correct size for me and had it sent directly to my home for an easy exchange. I’m so happy with my new jacket! Big thank you to the lovely staff who helped me, you made the whole experience seamless.

Excellent customer service and…

Excellent customer service and incredible quality pieces!! I recently was gifted an item from bye bambi, and when i received it, the sizing was not quite right on me. Even though it had passed the 7 day return period, they were more than happy to help me given the situation. Super fast responses and extremely helpful!! I’m so grateful <3!! Absolutely love the brand and will continue to support!! thankyou Bye Bambi team!! <33!!

Outstanding customer service

I had the best experience with Rose. They were so quick to reply to me and arrange a replacement (which I wasn't expecting) I was thinking I might have to send it back and it would get fixed then get it back again. Its the sickest cap and I was so excited when it arrived, I wore it straight away but one of the studs fell off so I emailed By Bambi straight away and Rose replied within the hour. I have bought a few things from Bye Bambi and the quality is outstanding and they always arrive within a few days. Thanks again Bye Bambi and Rose. I will always been back :)

Amazing Customer Service!

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a dress nearly three months before my birthday, and it arrived weeks after the date had passed — damaged, with torn fabric and cheap boning. For the price this brand charges, the quality is shockingly poor.

This wasn’t my first issue either. The jeans I previously ordered in size Small were so oversized they felt several sizes too big, while the dress in the same size is almost impossible to put on properly. The brand’s sizing and quality control are all over the place.

Customer service offered me $15 in store credit for a months-long delay, which feels like a joke given that nothing on their site is even remotely close to that price. After waiting for months and receiving a defective product, I expected accountability, not a token gesture.

I wanted to support this brand, but the inconsistency, delays, and lack of meaningful customer care make it impossible for me to recommend them.
