I had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived until the end of my service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive throughout, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly.
I also used the workspace to get some work done, and it was a great environment. Whenever I needed assistance, someone was always on hand to help, which made the whole experience even better.
A special mention must go to Reece and Kirsty, who were absolutely brilliant. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care for customers really stood out and made a lasting impression.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the whole team for such outstanding service! 👏

Excellent service brilliant salesman in Freddie nothing was to much trouble, extremely knowledgeable on the product he was selling, would thoroughly recommend BYD Exeter.

We weren’t specifically looking for a BYD car but popped into the showroom on the off chance there maybe something in our price range and the size we wanted. Also it was a Sunday so very few garages now open in Marsh Barton but BYD is!

Really helpful team, knowledgable, humorous and helped us find the car we were after. From looking at it on the Sunday I drove away in the new car on the Thursday after.

Really great experience

Having initially been sceptical about buying a Chinese car, we were won over by the knowledgeable and informative Freddie. He was a total professional and answered every question confidently and reassuringly. He couldn’t have been more helpful, including giving us more time after our purchase to go through additional features of the car. There’s a lot to take in when first buying an EV and he was patient and thorough.

I am really pleased with my new Dolphin Surf. I was impressed by the five star service I received; from the test drive to arranging the finance to collecting the car, everything ran so smoothly. I was kept informed throughout concerning all my options. The staff were so helpful and friendly, it was a real pleasure.

Absolutely love our new Seal Excellence. The staff at BYD Exeter are fantastic, in particular Gemma Norton . Her attention to detail, and her friendly attitude was amazing.

I bought my BYD Seal U from the branch at Exeter. The team is very friendly, helpful and kind particularly Yasmin and Michael. The car is one of the best I have ever bought, very comfortable to drive , lots of safety and luxury options come as standard. Excellent milage MPG I am doing around high 40s mpg. I strongly recommend this car. It is better than many German cars with great value of the money.

Freddie Ridley-Rundle explained everything very well and clearly- will certainly think about buying a Sea Likn thru Freddie.

Love our BYD Seal.... BYD Exter were great handing the car over etc but Unfortunately we have hit a problem with our car where both keys have been deleted from our phones and also remote control access to the car is now non existent. I have raised this problem with BYD since the problem began a couple of weeks after driving our car away we are now month 4 of ownership and still we have not got a resolution and we are still without remote control to our car. Freddie at Exter is lovely and very helpful this is not a review in Freddie because he has been great. But, we are really annoyed that we do not have remote control access to our car. BYD is anyone able to help with this? Car registration is WF25NPY. Thanks

Popped down to the Exeter BYD today with my two young boys, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and patient especially with my two young boys who had definitely made a friend for life with one of the ladies!! Such a warm welcome from all the team and thank you so much for your time! The car was mega too!

What a lovely company to do business with. Dropped in on the off chance as we were in Marsh Barton actively looking at other brands. I think it took us about 5 minutes to realise that we'd made a very good move. An hour later we'd made our purchase and 2 days later we collected it. It was a really good experience buying my BYD Dolphin from the Exeter show room. I had researched the make and kind of car I want and noticed that there were several on sale at Exeter. Gemma helped me through deciding which one would suit me best and then when I went to pick it up it was all ready, clean and sparkling with a rosette on it! She then helped me through the paperwork and all the controls and I was able to drive it away that day. I was so happy with my new eV.
