I ordered a product from this based on their online photos a description, but what I received was completely different and of much lower quality. I ordered a sweater for around 60 euro and got a t-shirt instead of it with same colour of lower quality which will be worth not more then 4 euro. I contacted the customer care service and they offered me 5% initial refund and keep the product because its a lengthy process to sent back the product internationally. Scam!

Avoid this company! I ordered a hoody for my daughter which turned out to be a fake product and looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Such a joke. How this company are getting away with this is disgusting. They have offered me a 10% refund which equates to £3 or to return the product to China which will cost around 4x the refund.

Do not buy from this company AVOID AVOID AVOID! they have broken every rule in UK consumer law and i have asked my lawyers to look into advertisers who are also culpable and I will pursue! Ordered two shoes 43 size, one 42 and one 43 turned up and they say its not a mistake but sizing issue my end. Have contacted trading standards and bank. they will be punished no matter how much it costs. offered 5% discount or i return to China for more that the value of the item at my cost! avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered two items for m husband, which arrived quickly and they didnt fit. I emailed the company to advise of a refund which i waited 2 days for a reply and they offered a 5% refd of the total order. I declined as they dont fit and stil awaiting a reply from them. have now contacted tr bank to process a claim as theis company are terrible

Very poor quality / material. Advertised as linen and is actually polyester, make no mistake - this company is a scam. I have emailed about returning the item and they are making things very difficult and not providing the return information after several requests, my responses are we need to “better understand the situation” send photos. I am in the process of reporting the business and am contacting citizens advise, (By Castello) I would encourage everyone who has similar issues to do so. Don’t let these scum bags get away with scamming you out of your money for poor quality products that are incorrect size. Report, Report, Report!

Do not buy from this site. They are con men. The dresses I purchased are terrible quality and the sizing is awful. My emails and messages requesting a refund are being ignored.

Do not buy! This is junk! I bought 2 men sets saying is linen,when arrived 100% polyester! I couldn’t manage to get a refund back,communication with seller is very poor and not solving the issue!

Goods were advertised as 'Cotton rich'. When they arrived they were 100% Polyester! not as advertised!! Refuse to give refund. Avoid!!!

Impossible to return item. It was sold as linen cotton mix & was in fact cotton polyester mix. They refused to accept that this was misrepresentation. Not impressed

I ordered two pair of baggy linen trousers, a pair of white and a pair of grey. It Said Quick delivery. It took 2 weeks for the package to arrive. I got one pair of white cotton and one pair of mixed khaki. They were very small in size (ordered L and the once received were more in size of ordinary Small) and not baggy, more slim. When trying to return, i had to send several mails and ended with having to pay for a return to China. I decided to donate the pants instead of paying more to maybe not get any refund. I would call the company a fraud!

I saw a nice item of clothing on the byCastelli website in sizes Small, Medium and Large but there wasn't a size chart on the page.(I thought it best to check as on a previous page of the website (which had a size chart) size 10 was Large!
I emailed the company and was told to use the size chart on the item's page. I replied saying there wasn't one, please tell me size 10 equivalent but I didn't get a reply. 4 emails later, they finally replied to me in Swedish (?!) and told me to use the size chart at the bottom of their email
..needless to say there wasn't one!
Having read the other reviews I'm glad didn't risk ordering anything!

Dreadful company. The items were of very poor quality. Linen dresses were in fact cotton/polyester.
Tried to return, but having answered my initial email, nothing.
I didn’t realise they were coming from China, this was quite well hidden. If I’d known beforehand, I would not have placed an order.
Keep away, do not buy from them.

Extremely poor quality goods. Delivery is from China, so expect a very long wait time from items to be received. You have to return them back to China for a refund, which in my case will cost nearly as much as I paid for the goods, so putting this one down to lesson learnt and research any company before ordering anything from them. I hope this review will help others.

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive I find that the jacket I ordered in a medium size was only fit for a child of 8/9 year old. The photo was of a woman wearing it. I’ve tried to email them to get a refund but no answer at all and nothing in the parcel to send it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!.these scam companies need sorting out!!

The product will arrive after a month and that is with 1 email telling you 'it is on its way' poor communication especially when you need a rough estimated ETA. The also will not communicate/reply back to any emails regarding a refund but they will send many emails regarding promotions and offers!!! I would never leave poor feedback but this warrants feedback. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund but no response after a week! Poor customer service to say the least!

Extremely poor quality, no relevance to the photos and no accepted refund. If you order use Klarna for safety.
