Amateurish approach and low quality- avoid.
Childish, amateurish customer service - low quality products, just buy somewhere else as these teenagers knows nothing about the customer approach. Just a bunch of rude kids. It is best to avoid.

Excellent service from an Irish company
Haven't actually tried the scooter yet, as it's a Christmas present.
