The dumbells are great! Easy to adjust. I've used them regularly for over a month and they seem durable.

I’m very happy with our adjustable dumbbell. It’s compact for the amount of weight options it provides, and very easy to switch weights. Shipping time was very long by today’s standards, but the company was transparent about that and gave regular updates.

I ordered adjustable dumbbells and the rack in one order. When it became clear the dumbbells wouldn’t be available for months, I requested a cancellation. They said only dumbbells could be cancelled because the rack was too far along the process, even though it hadn’t shipped yet. It took another two weeks for the tracking number for the rack to become available and even then it indicated the item was not picked up by the shipping company. All that time bwss fit claimed it was too late to cancel. Very disappointing and will not be using them again in the future, and I purchase quite a bit in fitness equipment.

Why are you asking me a review if you are charging me on empty box I received after waiting for 2months. You refused to accept the claim directly nor not responding a claim through UPS for a month now.

Shipping times were reasonable and customer support was great.
Quick response when asking about shipping and tracking information.
Adjustable dumbells and kettlebell seem to be very durable so far.

Emailed customer service and got no assistance.

Item arrived well after the estimated time period. Quality/performance was extremely disappointing -- when compared with the original products they are trying to imitate, while being more expensive. Cannot recommend.

Don't fret, this is a real review... and I know what you are thinking... only a fake review would say that... well, why you are contemplating believing me, I'll be getting ripped. What can I say... The 52lb dumbbells are phenomenal - high quality - a bit getting use to the adjustable function but that's on me - I found adding slight downward pressure as you adjust the dials on either end really makes you feel better when pulling them out in the very off chance they'll not set.

They arrived before the tracking number started showing any movement. so Heck YEA... BWSS gets an A+ for communication and an A+ for everything else for that matter. Jordan was very upfront about shipping delays etc.. but they came in before I had any doubt on my purchase.

It's hard to get a good price on home work out equipment right now because... well COVID.... BWSS doesn't price hike their equipment... probably why they run out of inventory quick... I'll be waiting for the stand to come back in stock and I'll be certain to grab that up...

Getting everything delivered took a lot longer than I hoped (total 8 weeks).. But given we are in a pandemic, Cant really hold that against BWSS. Their customer service wad great and prices are unbeatable. The product is amazing quality as well. I would greatly recommend

I ordered the adjustable dumbbells up to 52.5 lbs. It took about 8 weeks to get them in but they are great!

I purchased the adjustable dumbbell weight set and it's dial mechanism isn't all that smooth when changing weight. If you move one knob, the other knob on the same dumbbell should move with it. That's not always the case as you can have different weights on either side of the same dumbbell. I'm not sure if it's a design flaw or maybe my own set is faulty. I'll have to call and see what they can do about it.

I love how simple it is to use!!. It took a while to be delivered but it was well worth the wait. Love to support a new brand. I just wish it had the BWSS logo on it instead of "dumbell" but overall a great product!

Bought these and they have issues. Firstly, I received 1 set in Lbs & the other in Metric. So I have to count/do math to make sure the pair are the same weight. It's a big deal when you're doing quick sets. Secondly, both dumbells have issues with going back into their "pods". You can set a weight but never but the entire "device" including the base lifts. Or, you can't engage a different weight even w both knobs dialed in. Great concept but had it not been for COVID stock issues w NordicTrak I should have waited for a higher quality product.

I really wanted some adjustable weights based on the gyms being closed and them being so practical. Whilst it took some time to arrive the weights are great, very practical and sturdy, easily adjustable and overall I’m very happy with the purchase! I would recommend BWSS but would say just be patient!!

Received damaged adjustable dumbell. Customer service asked for a pic, wouldn't respond after I sent the picture. Weights are shaky, stick to the handle even when not selected, and dials aren't even designed to turn in the same direction.

Due to COVID the shipping was extra slow, but not blaming the company for that!! The product seems really good. I gave it as a gift, unfortunately some of the plates broke in transit. More plates were shipped quickly, but then again took a looooong time. I ordered in the middle of August and not sure everything is all done yet. I did get resistance loops that are good.
