I returned a potable small fan

I returned a potable small fan, that Bwellnow, was charging 15.00. This same fan at Walmart for $5.00. They charged me late fees for a returned product. Then charges $30.00 shipping fees. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m am writing the better business bureau and anyone else about this company.

Shut this fake company down

This is the worst company I have ever bought from. You can't talk to them they laughed at me yesterday and acted like first class trash.. if they don't fix my account and remove the negative from my credit report I'm filing a lawsuit. I returned everything and they still trying to charge me a 112.00 and it costed me 48.00 to return their stuff they want give it back or didn't apply it to my account. This is one smart KY hillbilly and I know the law better than they do. I've never seen a company this rotten in my life and their products are pure garbage..

Horrible Customer Service

I have tried reaching the customer service through phone calls and emails and never hear back. This place is a scam. Besides you can get any of the items they have on their site for a lower price from Walmart/Amazon. Don't waste money and frustration on this site/customer service.

This company is a complete rip off

This company is a complete rip off. Not trying to help families. My mother in law got a pair of mukluks slippers and they charged her 62.00. If you go on the actual mukluks website you can get them for under $20. Stay away from this site.

Beware of BWellNow.com, owned by Colony Brands

This company is owned by Wisconsin-based Colony Brands, whose famous companies include Swiss Colony and Montgomery Ward.

In any event, this is a newer company and after getting their catalogue (because I am a customer of some of their other brands), I found some interesting products.

After purchase, I thought the prices were high and were able to search on Amazon for identical or nearly identical products for much less than BWellNow. I tried to cancel my order online the next day. There was no option available. Customer service was closed. By the time I called them the next business day, they are like, "Oh, that order is being processed, we can't cancel the delivery."

Long story short, 15 requests on phone and via email for a prepaid return shipping label for more than two months have not resulted in an actual label being put in my hands!

On November 4 I mailed a written complaint to BWellNow disputing the money they want me to pay for said products using their in-house credit line. I spent the extra money to mail my complaint via Certified Return Receipt because this company has done nothing but lie to me.

Their supervisors do nothing with my requests, complaints, and observations for more than two months now, which range from their website web form not working to partial telephone instructions being given in Spanish only.

Either they have serious IT issues OR are purposely defrauding consumers, and figure that most of us will give up and just pay for stuff we don't want.

A complaint with the Better Business Bureau did nothing to rectify my concerns, and my next step is a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
