parcel hasn’t arrived and tracking reveals nothing about where parcel is. They don’t answer their emails, really disappointed about this company and its first time I’ve used them. Never again!!!

Item ordered on the 27th November, the tracking only tracks to the 28th November. Have emailed Bvali twice but have had no reply despite their website states 2-3 day’s delivery. I have taken into account it was the weekend but I have still not received my item. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank I’m gutted I didn’t review this website before I ordered due to their lack of customer care.

When I contacted the support service about getting an exchange or last resort a refund for the clothing I got, the vibe I was giving was like they don’t want me to return it and the customer service wasn’t that great. And also my parcel didn’t come with no paperwork at all which is pretty unusual if I’m honest

He was very pleased with delivery. I am ery pleased with the service and quality of the items I ordered. Prompt delivery. I fully recommend.

good quality tracksuit the bottoms are 10/10 would definitely purchase more of the bottoms to go with my balenciagas.
only thing is the tracksuit top comes short on the arms but i dont mind.

I purchased a pair of jogging bottoms from this company and tried to exchange them for a different size as they were too big. The item took over a week to arrive which could have been due to slow postal service which is totally understandable (covid etc). After returning them the following working day, I received a reply saying my refund would not be accepted as the item was damaged. I tried the item on for just 1 minute before realising it was too big for me. Would highly recommend not purchasing from this retailer as there is a chance your return may not be fulfilled if the item is not what you expect. I have given a 2 as the item actually looked nice and I did want to keep it but a size that fit me properly.

Really I wanna return it really is size s but different

I ordered just before Christmas and received my order yesterday. Took a few extra days to arrive which I think was due to the Christmas bank holidays. Definitely worth the wait thought!
