Buzzhire the shithire

I was interviewed by this guy Micheal who said I can appeal agnist if i was baned from the app.

So I did 3 shifts and only one company gave me 1 star if you get 3 and under your instantly banned which is stupid.

But got a poor rating so I was banned and then tried to appeal but Micheal said you cant appeal be was such a liar.

I only did 3 shifts the pay was okay.

Indeed flex and Limber much better

Illegal activities ongoing at the company.

Refusing to pay wages owed to staff and holiday pay for over 6 years.

Do not work here and report when possible.

Buzzhire is not worth it Go to Coople…

They honestly don’t care about your personal well being they will find any excuse not to pay you. You could be a 5.0 star worker with over 1000 completed shifts and still be let go with the snap of a finger. You have a complaint they’ll get back to you indefinitely but if they have a problem trust me you’ll find out first thing. The inconsistency runs deep in the company and I’m not the only to complain so that shows you what kind of place buzzhire is

Great app!

Great app! I use BuzzHire for one off shifts when I'm looking for a bit of extra money. It's easy to use and there are some great jobs available. Will definitely use again.

Really helpful when you need extra staff

I have been using Buzzhire since 2018 every time in my restaurant we need some extra help. Bartenders and waiters have always matched with the standard requested!
The payment system is clear and automatic, and from my account, I can always check the status of my bookings.

I have used Buzzhire for our private…

I have used Buzzhire for our private parties in London at least a dozen times and have over the past two occasions had an appalling experience. I used them for a private party two weeks ago and had booked a bartender to arrive at 8.30pm ahead of my guests who were arriving at 9pm. At 8.45pm I received a text message from Raffaello at Buzzhire to inform me that the bartender that had been allocated to my job had cancelled and they have found a substitution and she is on her way and that she would be here by 9.30pm latest.

I was extremely frustrated at the situation as this meant that my guests had to self-serve for 30 minutes, I had messaged back to ensure that they would be refunding me the fee for the missed hour and Raffaello had confimed. At 9.45, the replacement bartender still hadn't arrived and I texted to get an update on her ETA without any response.

At 10pm the replacement bartender, Queen arrived with a mountain of shopping bags - I assume she had been put on the job on her day off. As she arrived when all of my guests were there, I wasn't able to show her the set up properly but I had already laid out all the drinks, glasses, ice and accompaniments. I gave her instructions on where everything was and told her to ask me if there were any questions.

An hour later I noticed quite a few of my guests helping themselves to drinks in the kitchen whilst Queen was just standing there, I went in to check and see how she was doing. She didn't have a clue what she was doing and asked me which bottle was gin and whether the red wine needs to be chilled. I then proceeded to ask her if she had any bartending experience and she replied only with beers. I was honestly appalled at the level of service and my guests were also noticeably frustrated.

The next day after logging into my Buzzhire account, I saw that I had in fact been charged for the full 6 hours from 8.30pm - 2am when Queen didn't arrive until 10pm. I called in to escalate the situation and heard back from Kevin the operations executive who apologised and said this wasn't the service they aim to provide and offered me a free one hour voucher for my next booking and a refund of 35% of the booking charge.

Bearing in mind I had been charged for the FULL 6 hours, he refunded me £52 on the full amount which in fact meant that I only received a refund of £6.50 on the actual 4.5 hour charge I should have been billed for.

I have honestly never received such poor customer service or staff when using a professional company and I will not be using their services ever again nor recommending them to anyone. I would recommend you all to choose another catering company for your events and to avoid Buzzhire at all costs!!!

The best company is Buzzhire

The best company is Buzzhire. (I'm a motorbike delivery driver) Very good money,buzzhire app is easy to use, I recommend this company for anyone who wants to get "easy money"

I will definitely use them again

I used Buzzhire for a kids party. I went to them last minute as the caterer who had promised me a waiter, didn't come through.
Buzzhire was very easy to use. I got contacted by their staff and the waitress who came to my part was on time and extremely good at her job. I will definitely use them again

I was very impressed with the Staff l was sent by Buzz Hire they are all very experienced and very trustworthy. They just slip into their role after a little bit of instruction. They are my bar staff of choice.

Not recommended at all

Not recommended at all. Cancelled one of my waiters on the day of the event and were unable to replace them. Also the waiters kept chopping and changing before the event and I wasn’t sure who was going to turn up on the day?

I’ve used buzz hire a few times and the staff have generally been good, however I did have a coupe who were not so good and I made this clear to the office, who then gave me a discount code to be used for future bookings. When I tried to used the code the system would not allow me to redeem. I find the app doesn’t work for me as it’s difficult to speak to someone in emergency’s . For these reasons buzz hire is no longer my first choice when I need staff.

Not the best service.

The Idea of Buzzhire for someone who works in Events is great! Agency staff are always very charismatic and good at their job.
Ive had 2 experiences with them and both have left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
The first was a few months ago when I had to staff a big event. I only needed one person, so I signed up and tried to pay on the online platform. My business card wasn't accepted along with my personal card. (1st problem)
The second problem I had was the staff member turned up in completely the wrong colour shirt! Obviously, this isn't the end of the world but when all the other staff are dressed in the same colours it does make the venue look pretty unprofessional. The Waitress was lovely, charismatic and a hard worker. The event was 4 hours but after an hour she still proceeded to ask for a smoking break. When the canapés went out she dropped an entire plate on the floor then laughed! ( I found out this from the supervisor after the event). I vowed never to use them again until last week. When I was desperate I asked for 2 staff for a small event. 1 turned up bang on time and was so great! didn't have to be spoonfed and just cracked on. The other didn't turn up at all. I rang buzzhire and asked where she was. The guy on the other end of the phone wasn't helpful at all. He said he would call her and call me back ( which he did) to see if he could contact her. He said he was concerned( which of course I was too and her wellbeing is of course of upmost importance) The guy on the other end of the phone didn't once apologise until he said he couldn't get anyone to me. I then had to run the bar and couldn't concentrate on Managing the event.
The unprofessional service I have received from the head office has now put me off. I wouldn't say Avoid, but maybe in a year the service would've gotten better.
