I’m convinced these reviews for buzzconnect are paid and not real because the email address for customer support doesn’t even work. It sends me an error email back. How are we supposed to get in touch and the only option is an email?!

I ordered from them a duvet blk n white Balenciaga duvet n pillowcases sheet set in king size black and white on Feb 26,2024 took about 3/ weeks to recieve it around 2 nd week of march 2024 I am in love love love but at least I recieved it!!!! it’s sept of the next year 2025 and I still have my set I just noticed a month or two prior to me ordering several ppl never recieved their items and it was bc they are from china n they have a long Chinese new years break around December and January,it did take a while but I recieved my items I went on the website now Sept 2025 to order a Chanel duvet sheet set and I don’t see any more custom bedding sets mines is so beautiful I would like to order more however I don’t see on the website I hv emailed them , inquiring about the sheet sets I ordered in the past but no one has replied yet it’s been about a week since sending the email out . I ordered from Dechea and they are a scam Tuoung in china took my money don’t order from Dechea or Deveit or el pages warning but buzz connect I did recieve my duvet BB set beautifully made thank you 5 stars ++++ ty for not scamming me and making my set please buzz connects reply to my email so I can order more sets I wish I could attach pictures here but don’t see where I can to show the public how beautiful my duvet was made!

Never received my order. Purchased a duvet/comforter and sheet set worth more than $100 for Christmas gift. I've been "tracking" it via the website they provided and have contacted support about 8 times. I never got the package and they stopped responding from support. No update to alleged tracking into for more than a week. This is a scam.

I never received my package. The tracking number they sent me says my package made it through customs and was transferred to a local carrier on 12/20/23. No update since then. Every time I contact the company, they just say the shipping is running behind because of the New Year. This is false-I have already received items from other websites I ordered weeks after I ordered from Buzzconnects in November.

*FRAUD* I never received my package. I emailed them and they sent me a fake tracking website.

I love this company at first I was worried that it was fake but wasn't I was wrong I got my stuff on time just like it said and not a day later if y'all going to order from this app go for it

Their company is fake. I had to contact Paypal to get my money back. I ordered a lung cancer throw and after 10 days I could no longer log into their site to look at my purchase. I sent Emma aid that went unanswered. I made calls. No one ever answers on their end. Not even a recording or voicemail. If you choose to order from this site anyway take my advice and go through PayPal so your payment is at least protected. Stealing from cancer victims!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
