Yet again there are still cigarette ends on the pavement outside the front door. There is a perfectly good smoking area at the rear. At least put ash trays of some sort out there. If this is not rectified I will report this to the authorities. Your attention please. This is LITTER!

We do operate with a Random Number Generator as required to, this is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all customers. With Gambling it is always nice to have a win, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will win the amount you have put into the site.
You should only ever deposit and play through money you are happy to potentially loose as there is no guarantee to win. Should you ever begin to feel frustrated with the amount you are winning back, we would always advise utilizing our safer gambling tools for a cool down period.

We started going to Buzz bingo in Enfield when Mecca in wood green closed down , the first few times I went , I wasn't too impressed, the callers especially the women seemed to call very quickly and I found it hard to keep up with the numbers often missing numbers so wasting my time and money. However Ricky joins as a bingo caller from Mecca in wood green and he brought a new lease of life to the bingo club, he's an amazing caller, loud clear and perfectly timed, I've always found him polite and helpful and he makes bingo enjoyable, he constantly asked for people to shout out when they have won however this doesn't always happen , in hindsight people should have to call out not just push their buttons on the electronic boa.rds. some of the people on the front desk are really really slow and some just don't listern to what's being asked for. The food menu is tired and food quality has gone down since we have been going , I no longer order food for this reason . Just lately their has been a crowd of people often sitting by the bar, that are extremely loud and quite rude, they have also been rude to me on a separate occasion. The said group had one lady in particular that was extreamly rude to a member of your staff which I thought was disgusting and I genuinely think this person should not be
realized back in the venue .
On the up Ricky has made our Sundays very enjoyable and we have become regular visitors. A few takes would make it perfect

No staff working and ones that were not very polite
Had to change my board 5 times and only about 20 people in their most were from exeter money not to bad food stopped being served from 7.30pm and music bingo total flop they couldn't find the music so couldn't play 2nd game till end which we couldn't wait around for
Got told to be quiet even in the interval and were not made to feel very welcome

Just my opinion
My usual Mecca bingo in Wood Green closed and Buzz Enfield was my next closest. I wasn't that keen on my first few visits but that improved when Ricky, the caller from Mecca Wood Green, came to work there. He really is a lovely polite and friendly man and an excellent bingo caller.
I find some of the staff very welcoming and helpful but there are others who give the impression that they would really prefer to be elsewhere.
I have noticed that unlike at Mecca, if you have a machine people are just pressing their claim button and not calling out to stop the game. Ricky usually reminds customers to call out as well as press claim but it falls on deaf ears..at Mecca, no shout..no pay out. I would interested to know Buzz policy on this.
Plenty of reminders from the caller to not talk during bingo sessions but that also falls on deaf ears I'm afraid and members of staff do nothing to ask the offenders to quieten down.
I think the food menu could do with a change, the dishes offered are not up to par and have become boring.
The prize money at Buzz is much better than it was at Mecca Wood Green.
Let's have more callers as good as Ricky, they make the session so much more enjoyable.

Always friendly staff and great company. Money not too bad in the afternoon. Remains stable.
All the team, Rachael, Laura, Charlie, Barry, Oscar, Ryan,Tia, Dieter, Maggie, Laura, Colin Gilly and her daughter and another lady but do not know her name seem to work well as a team. A really nice team of people.

Crap food
The food has gone down the pan, dry chips,a dried out burger with some lettuce and a slice of limp tomato, a chicken burger that is made from 2 chicken gougons, they used to serve fish, chips and peas not the best but a hell of site better than they have now crap.

Went to Buzz club today and was glad to get home. So noisy there, staff do nothing to tell people to be quiet when other people are playing games they are not. Another thing, can you tell me why the person who was doing the live streaming needs to shout and holler all the time, it's unnecessary, all he does is give you a headache, even members of staff comment on it that he gets on their nerves

Well definitely fixed at this venue 12 wizards and 112 touch screens we bought 216 tickets each x 3 we never won a penny back the staff don't give a crap about people talking out loud at all gogo games a bit of common curtousy will be better valued .think u need to get rid of the wizards here as it's always the same who win here hog the wizards needs updating or do away with the wizards won't be back here for a while disappointed is a understatement
