Always a good service. Good products sent promptly and well packaged.

V2 cig batteries last for 2 - 4 months which is for 20 GBP. Upon claiming for replacement the agent made all type of excuses for not to claim under warranty blaming my vaping style and I have been using v2 cigs for 8 years.

They wouldn't accept that the product is faulty.

Previously they have sent broken cartridges out of the box but need to prove them every single time which is an appalling attitude.

Originally they mentioned that battery life is between 2-4 months but I have always used 2 batteries parallely so technically I only had 3 months of this batter

Maybe I'm just slightly annoyed because my cartidges weren't delivered on time, even though I had paid extra for a next-day delivery!

I thought about two stars, but I think three is fair; put it like this, I will continue to purchase from this company, so I don't mean to put you off.

The V2 e-cig cartridges are actually very good. I've only had a few duds, and I've bought thousands (literally).

But the batteries are very flaky and can become very temperamental, and the usb connectors are and do as well. So you can end up fiddling around to get either to connect properly to get a charge.

Because it's advised you always have a few of each spare, it becomes very difficult to know which is at fault, which van become exasperating, especially when you just want things to charge last thing at night.

After a few weeks it means a lot of fine-tuned fiddling to get the magic red-charge light - and when you do, it's most likely that when you tske your hand away it will suddenly go out.

Then you just have to get used to the Idea that you'll need to buy three batteries a month or so.

The customer service is very good, in my experience: this is the first time a delivery has been late.

Although the service and products are very good and I’ve appreciated V2 for quite a while now, I’m no longer able to purchase much here as my favourites are no longer available ( a while ago the coffee flavour stopped and and more recently the elf coconut melon and cherry flavours are no longer available) Thank you.

DANGEROUS!!!!
First 2 ordered in April but when I started to use these a few weeks later they would not charge so I emailed 2nd June and was offered replacements even though was out of 30 day guarantee. On receiving these the first time i charged, I tried the power of the battery and the first thing I noticed was that the tip did not light up when drawn on and then I realised that the battery was getting hotter and hotter and in the end I was so afraid it was going to ignite I needed to take this outside in case it exploded! But I need oven gloves to pick it up by this point!
I am currently waiting for a response from V2 regarding this matter

The previous review that I gave this company was a negative one as the product was not as good or reliable as it used to be. I did say that the customer service is excellent. I am very happy to say that this purchase is back to excellent. No other vape pen is as sleek and elegant as this one with the extra bonus of being automatic. I am totally delighted with this delivery, thank you.
