The customer service here was phenomenal. It was very kind and professional.
My product (on no fault of them) was delayed and they reached out to me saying they already talked to the post and if it hadn’t reached me in a certain time they would automatically cancel and refund me.
There was a lot of other things, the whole interaction made it feel like the customer (me) was important, not just a do to list that needs to be checked off.
I Highly recommend these guys now.

The GBA game works perfectly and the cartridge looks just like the original. I'm glad BuytoPlayGames is able to revive these old-fashioned games, that would be unobtainable otherwise.

I had some misgivings about buying from this site at first, I'm not a basic English speaker so I was suspicious. But in the end, the service is very nice, responds very quickly and the delivery is fast enough considering where it comes from. I 100% recommend this site and I now know where I will buy my next games!

Great service, relatively fast shipping and no custom fees even though the package came from outside the EU. The only small negative I can think of is that the label isn’t holding on all that tightly but that’s easily fixed, the game runs perfectly otherwise. If you happen to be ordering from Finland I suggest keeping a close eye on the tracking cause you might not get the regular notifications from Posti.

Today after 22 days in transit i got my new Starcraft64 in my mailbox here in Sweden.

Yeah sure it will take some time to get it home but since it shipping all the way from China that's not strange at all to be honest, one just have to be patience.

I'm still waiting for my parcel... When I look for the tracking of my product, it doesn't appear anywhere even though I live in France... I think I'm not the only one where there are shipping errors in other regions but it's not complicated!
