I waited for over 3 weeks and filed a charge back with my cc and suggest you do the same to get all your money back.

I placed my order in September and never received it. After the first month I paid for the order, they said they could not get my payment regardless of the proof that I sent the money. then they finally sent the order but there was some delivery issue and the shipment was returned to the consigner. my few emails about the refund were totally ignored.
