Problem Addressed and Good Service

had a chat with one of your CS staff and told him about ny problem that i was being charged in my credit card without approval from me. i accidentally clicked before your page not knowing that this will happen without benefitting something from it.
i requested to be unsubscribe and be refunded too of the charges made in my credit card.. so now im waiting for that to happen.
