We had good communication with the company and the delivery date was exactly as stated and all the scheduled items after checking through the delivery were with the package. The instructions were relatively clear cut and by following these page by page we were able to construct most of our shed in about six hours apart from felting the finished roof. Using just hand tools would have taken a lot longer as the shed does not come predrilled but with two battery drills life was made a little easier. The quality of the shed is reasonable but we did find quite a lot of pin nails which we presume were put in with a nail gun were standing proud of the surface and have had to be hammnered home with a hammer which did take a fair time as each panel had to be inspected first. Overall the experience was good but a little more attention to detail at time of manufacture would have been helpful.

I found the website slightly confusing. I ordered two sheds instead of one shed plus installation.
Although I paid for the shed and installation last week I still don’t have a delivery or installation date.

Best deal I found for 4 fence panels, free delivery was a major point and split into a 3-month payment no interest.
Free brackets that came won't work as holes were off centre rather than down the middle as needed but easy to buy new ones

Basically cheap fence panels made into a shed avoid at all costs had to buy extra roof panel as the ones that came were to short 5 inch gap in the middle

Delivery took longer than expected and product is by no means easy to put together. Instructions are very poor.

Not as good quality as I’d hoped , too flimsy but good delivery

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and came when said it would and left where I wanted it. Instructions for putting the item together I found challenging.

They contacted me beforehand to say my instructions to deliver to the back gate would be a problem for the delivery driver despite this being the easiest way to deliver as the front of our house is on the wrong level entirely. Luckily Parmjeet, who made the delivery, was outstanding and didn't even bat an eyelid at it; just a normal delivery for him and didn't understand what all the fuss was about; definitely didn't warrant interrupting work meetings for. The shed seemed OK - although the floor moves and creeks like it needs reinforcements (we considered putting a layer of OSB on top to firm it up). However, the panels come it two widths, the narrow ones have shiplap all the way to the bottom whereas the wide ones are misaligned to the narrow ones (which look bad) and doesn't go all the way to the bottom. The result has been water ingress on every base beam when it rains. The company did say that they would send replacement panels but just sent one narrow panel, identical to the others which had no problem in the first place (this will have to go on the bonfire, what a waste and extra faff for us!) Luckily we are capable so will add custom protection to the base (although it is in an alcove so getting to the back is going to be a "fun" challenge". Left as it is, the floor will just rot after a couple of winters.

Good customer service let down by an unbelievably poor quality product. One panel and a door were faulty and replaced. The replacement panel still looked like it had been put together by someone who hadn't worked out how tongue and groove timbers slot together. Gaps everywhere, not weatherproof.
Now it's up it is unbelievably flimsy, daylight visible through all the side panels and the doors do not fit. Joining strips are too short and it will never be waterproof or secure. Worse, when I emailed asking for a refund, with photos to show the problems they have refused to give me a refund. The shed is clearly not fit for purpose and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to one. It seems they like to ride roughshod over the law.

Poor quality timber, many pieces of the frame warped. Very disapointed

5 star customer service. Received my shed but could not put it up immediately as base had to be prepared. Missing parts for the doors noted on putting it up, contacted company and they sorted it in no time, now all complete Thank you.

Shed is made of cheap wood very flimsy and very doubtful about it lasting 25 years

Hi well what can I say.. Easy to order and quick efficient delivery with plenty of time updates.. All parts present and shed was relatively easy to assemble on my home made base. The frame timber was rather light and rough, the roof board was again rather on the light side. and definitely needed 2 people to install.. the main weak points were
1) the door hinges were pathetic more suited to a cupboard rather than a shed.
2) the outside edge of the door was the tongue edge of the shiplap board and was already splitting away
3) the shiplap boarding on the back wall was rough and has gaps where weather can get in
4) the lightness and roughness of the frame timber makes me wonder how the shed will stand up over time.

Bought an 8x6 she'd, panels warped. Got them replaced, they also warped. Wrote a review on here stating how bad the sheds are, contacted for more info 6 weeks ago. Had No reply. Can't even find review. Warranty is worthless.

Everywhere else was quoting 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, I received my gate in 11 days, amazing!
