Please people take heed to these reviews. This is a scam and the exact same thing happened to me. I ordered shoes in November and it’s still showing it’s in Jamaica NY. They text me saying it’s held up in customs for me to be patient. So I asked for a Full Refund and they haven’t responded. My credit card company has been notified and is going to start an investigation on this company

Scam! Scam! Scam!

Scam as others say. I fell for it with the fake tracking numbers and support demanding I be patient. Live and learn don’t fall for it like me.

This site is not legit. I ordered shoes two months ago still receiving emails that they were shipped. Phone number doesn’t work. They are scam artists

Absolutely horrible!!! As said by the other customers...this site is a scam and need to be reported they are stealing money!!!! I have never received my shoes..as stated by other customers, the product says its in Jamaica queens...lol everyday a new date is added!! No one answers customer service!!! A fruad!!! Im going to report this company

I have a fake tracking number and the product has never left Jamaica, NY. It has been over a month. I will be following through with my credit card company, the BBB and anyone else I can. It is a scam! My grandson is heartbroken that his Christmas gift he so badly wanted will not be fulfilled. Please do not order anything from this company!

This company is fake/scam. Don’t waste your money. The tracking numbers they give are not real I tried tracking through USPS and they said it’s invalid tracking. The customer service number just rings and when looked up is fake. Their fake tracking says it’s been in Jamica NY for months. I ordered shoes , got an email saying it was fulfilled and never received anything. I have sent numerous emails to contact them. Ever had a response. It’s been months and months since my order. Nothing is good on this website. I am trying to be refunded, have never spoke or got a return email from customer service. We all need to report this site.

I did not realize these shoes were coming from China. The order was fulfilled over 15 days ago and we still have not received the shoes. Would not have purchased had we known it would take this long. Worried the quality/color won't be correct.

It’s one thing to say in a email you’re going to give a full refund $61.41 and then turn around and refund $30.00. To make matters worse because it’s all about principle not the money, is there a manager who is resisting this refund? I should hope not but I have not received a response in over a week and I will not let this issue be ignored by your company!!!

Very unprofessional, I have proof of a full refund that was stated I would receive. I received $30.00 of a $61.41 purchase. If your not going to honor that refund then just say so. I have been trying to contact this company for many weeks now and keep getting completely ignored. I think a full investigation of some of the managers running this place needs to be looked into. Someone has decided $30.00 was enough completely disregarding the note I received stating that I was going to get a full refund!!

My father bought a Mercedes-Benz Hawaiian T-shirt from this site for his brother's birthday it is a 3XL and it's not true to size and the return policy is about 12 days you have to ship it back yourself through either UPS or FedEx with your own money and they will only give back about 75% of the original cost of the product and the shipping and handling and they will only return 75% of it through PayPal
