Absurdly fast shipping! I just got my package on Monday and just ordered on Friday!

This is a crap show. they DO NOT CARE about customers not getting their orders in a timely fashion. they have your money, so why should they care? their customer service is rude and condescending. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm the one suffering with my $150 gone and my order is not here after 10 days and no pods to vape. I've been a customer over a year and never was treated like crap until now 🤬🤬🤬 Tracking from USPS shows my pkg arrived here on the 7th at 3:17 a.m. it never was delivered and was sent off backtracking on the 9th. P. O. claims the pkg has never arrived as of yet. My bank is going to investigate for fraud, and I will get my money back in full!!!!!

I closed the window on accident in the pay page without finishing the order. A few days later I remembered and ordered $125 of products. Checked email for confirmation seen i had 2. I called left a message on what seems like the gent6home number so I emailed and explained what happened. They responded later In the day after after plenty of time to see the email. The response was sorry both orders have shipped. 7 days later I received 1 order. That same day they shipped the second order after saying sorry we can't do anything. U can refuse the package and send it back. Check the charge for that and the fact they say no return on pods or we will change for return shipping and some other bullshit fee. I bought from them every month for 3 months now. And on and off over the years. This is not the first problem I've had. Just the last. They had a loyal customer. Bad customer service lost them guaranteed money. Hope that $125 was worth it.From the looks of the other reviews, I am not alone.

The claim that that ship your order usually the same day is totally UNTRUE. I placed my order and 4 days later they are still processing it. I waited another day and emailed to customer service when they were going to ship it and they did not answer me and now it's completed but no tracking number was ever sent. I now have another order placed on Feb 12th and it is still processing and it is the end of the day of 14th, When you try calling no one picks up the phone.

I have been using buy pods now a long time. There products are less and better somehow. I buy logic pro and the taste and quality seems better than our stores. The shipping is fast too. Definitely reliable. Never had a problem.

BuyPodsNow.com has been a Godsend! The prices for my Njoy Ace pods are unbeatable and they get delivered right to me. I’ve never had a bad experience thus far within a couple days they’re delivered to me. I can’t say enough good things about BPN. I was ordering from a different site WHICH TOOK WEEKS TO GET TO ME. Ridiculous. So now that I’ve found BPN I am a forever customer.

This company has a terrible customer service, they wait 3 to 4 days before even confirming your order and if your lucky they will ship after notifying you, which can take another 3 to 4 days, but you be assured the money transactions hits your bank within minutes of you order.

I've been ordering from this company for over a year now. The order always arrives within a few days and the prices are fantastic 😊. I always find coupons online for my order.

FIrst let me start with, I've been an excellent customer for over a year. They no longer have my item in stock, so I had to change to a new one. Now they don't have that item either.
Placed an order for yet a different product early AM on 3-8 and it STILL hasn't shipped. While that's not a long time, it certainly is when you pay 13.99 for shipping!!!
Can you imagine paying 13.99 for shipping and not having it the next day, or the next, or the next...

Place a order 4 days ago told me they was in stock I never did hear nothing not the first time I had order always been great until this time I finally heard back said they over sold on the kind I get said hopefully get my order Monday "7 days" when had been getting in 4 days I hope it is not this way going forward was very pleased Buypodsnow I always order in time before I'm out so I don't have to buy from stores but been buying from stores I sure do hope this is the last time my order is like this.

They are quick to withdraw your money from your account but not quick to process orders. It is my belief they should not even touch your money until order is being shipped!
There’s no place on there web sight to cancel your orders either. I only ordered from them because the reviews all say quick delivery trust me there’s nothing quick about there service unless u want to consider how quick they take your money.

Great pricing and always run great promotions. I usually receive orders within 2 days!

This is a dishonorable company that takes advantage of its customers. At 5:30 pm on Nov 9, 2022, I inadvertently ordered the wrong item from Buy Pods Now. Within a couple of minutes, I realized my mistake. I immediately called the company and left a voicemail at about 5:45 pm explaining my mistake and asking that the order be canceled. The company's voicemail message advises that, for faster service, it's best to send them an email. Consequently, in addition to my voicemail, I sent an email that went out to the company at 6:00 pm, just 30 min after placing the erroneous order. I heard nothing back from the company until the next day when I received a note saying that my order had just been delivered to UPS for expedited delivery. That note arrived at 5:39 pm on Nov 10, almost exactly 24 hours after I left a voicemail and an email telling Buy Pods Now that the order was a mistake and the charge to my credit card should be canceled. I called the company again and left another voicemail acknowledging the receipt of that note and asking that they call me to discuss the mechanism for reversing the $67.54 charge to my card. Again, no response from Buy Pods Now. The useless order arrived two days later and the people at this company never had the courtesy to contact me to discuss the matter. I strongly recommend that customers—current and potential future ones—not do any kind of business with Buy Pods Now, because of their unscrupulous and dishonorable business practices. I, of course, will never again do business with this company. In the long run, this will cost the company considerably more than the $68 they took from me in this incident. For instance, on Nov 13, I spent $55 with another company that I would otherwise have sent to Buy Pods Now. There will be many more transactions like that which will not be going to this disreputable company.
