Scammers
They use very small print to get you locked into a subscription, which you don't realise until they send you your next shipment, which is fine - it was my mistake for not reading properly - but then when I tried to cancel on the website, I got error codes and couldn't cancel. So I emailed them explicitly stating I didn't not need any more of their product and that they did not have permission to continue to charge me further. They emailed me back some spiel about how I would 'lose my discount' and didn't cancel my subscription. I didnt see their reply email until they had already charged me again and sent more product out. (we're talking over $70 USD each time). I emailed them again to request a refund as I had already taken a hit from the subscription format, and had explicitly asked them to cancel my subscription (I literally wrote 'You DO NOT have my permission to charge my paypal account again'). They told me they had cancelled my subscription and thats it. No refund. Super shady tactics DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
