I only wanted to.order 2 cloths and I couldn't get to the end without being plagued with different items to.order. The "No I don't want to take advantage of this order and save" is so small that I ended up buying two more items that I didn't want. I thought I was going ro spend about $45 but I ended up spending $104. This is the only way I could skip all the other offers and see what my total was and before I could see what my total was, I had purchased these extra items unknowingly, because I hit the button that said "Continue ". There was no other way to get to the part where I could place my order. This is totally ridiculous and now I'm going to.try to.get my money back because I ended up purchasing items I didnt want!

Easy peasy no hassle

I ordered the scratch cloth by mistake without realizing i was being charged in US dollars and all other hidden charges and shipping fees. The order had been cancelled within minutes of ordering on 5th of June and emails were sent right away, I kept getting emails that the matter had been escalated and someone will get back to me soon. Then I was told my order had been shipped within an hour of ordering and it could not be cancelled so I could return it.
I received an email today after 8 days that my order has not been cancelled and is being shipped now.
Highly slow customer service and a highly unprofessional business. Please don't waste your money and time buying products from them. They are just scammers.

The check out process comes up with items you may like and you have to careful as I found out. It's easy to make mistakes and order stuff you don't want.

Bought recently two clothes from Nano Polix. $35 U.S. became $72 really quick. The clothes came in a bubble wrap envelope that wasn’t completely sealed, so might have dried them out but could just as well came that way from them. They don’t work and I highly recommend keeping your money. Go to your local parts or auto body shop for professional scratch removal. It will be cheaper and done right the first time. I believe that these are a lot of fake reviews, A.I. Generated.

Looks like all nanopolix sites are part of the same scam - DO NOT USE!! You will be charge for more items than you ordered. Tried to cancel within minutes but response said too late as already packed & shipped. 8days later I received email saying order is now leaving warehouse. Still no satisfactory response to my £50 overcharge and still no delivery either. Looks like the Nanapolix domain is up for sale too!??

They put two products in my cart, which I did not want and I refused the special deal and I was also charged for shipping protection on a cloth which is a bit ridiculous so basically I was charged an extra $50 from what I had originally ordered and thought I was getting.

Doesn’t work! I ordered, tried and no success!! I contacted the company and they were willing to refund 20%. I said no. I want 100%. They threw out the policy requires blah blah blah. I requested a copy of such polices. They never responded. I will proceed in reporting to BBB. I encouraged you to do the same. Companies line this do not deserve to be in business.

Poor, absolutely not as indicated in the ad/website…pure fraud..no instructions how to use them..completely disappointing and paid 300.00 for useless sheets of material
