Shocking sales process and shocking customer service

I ordered what I thought was one product on 16th June. As with other comments, the site offered mutliple prompts to purchase other items I did not want, and I was inundated with what seemed to be 9 or 10 prompts - I lost count!! I thought I had said no to them all but I clearly didn't as my bill at the end was for £84!!! There is no option on the site to review or amend your order so the £84 was talen from my credit card immediately. Despite emailing the company within two minutes of placing the order to try and cancel it, I was told that this was not possible as my order had been processed!!! Ten days later, I have received an email to say that my order has been shipped!! I would not advise anyone to use this website - it is poorly designed, the service afterwards is shocking, and I am hoping to return the items to get a full refund - otherwise I shall resort to using Section 75 on my credit card to try and recover the money. An appalling sales process and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

The support line was very helpful

The support line was very helpful, but was limited in the where abouts etc of the order.
The fault lies with the advert that was misleading and I did not have the knowledge to escape the numerous click throughs. Also I tried to cancel as soon as possible but was unable to do so. I am still waiting for the delivery so I can send it back. This is from the 12th June.

Difficult to confirm order.

I found the website difficult to navigate.When I received order confirmation I immediately realised that it was wrong so tried to cancel it.
I was then told that my order had already been shipped and I would have to wait several weeks to return it. I then asked for tracking details but no reply.I did get plenty of replies but they all seemed similar as if they were AI generated.

Not Trustworthy

At checkout, there were unexpected additional charges for shipping that were not clearly disclosed. Within one hour of placing order, I attempted to reach Customer Service, but no one picked up the phone. I then sent an email, and Customer Service indicated that due to "hiccup" couldn't locate an order. Later, I was told that they would escalate request. Haven't heard anything at all after 1 week. Even now, I still haven't even received an order to get a full refund.

I called because I was incorrectly charged for 7 NanoCloths I did not order.

I called because I was incorrectly charged $141.74 for product that I did not order. I was correctly charged $21.98 for the product I did order. The 141.74 charge was not the result of me ordering additional NanoCloths, My account was charge incorrectly. Because I was incorrectly charged by your company, I should not have to pay shipping to return the 7 NanoCloths. I only ordered and authorized payment for 2 NanoCloths.

When using the website I found it…

When using the website I found it misleading i could not see the final amount without actually putting my order through. Once the sale went through the price was more than it appeared on the main screen. When I recieved the product it didnt hid the marks on my car as promised. It is nothing special its basically t-cut but does not hide scratches. The customer service however has been really good and they replied to my complaint very quickly.
