I purchased the Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 on the Buymoreway.com website in October 2024, and the purchase went very smoothly.
The delivery time was respected, and the package was delivered in good condition.
Buymoreway.com was also very responsive when I requested a purchase invoice written in French.
After more than a year of daily use to commute to work in all weather conditions and more than 3,500 km traveled.
I travel nearly 40 km/day in the Paris region and in Paris and have had no technical problems.

very big Scam. i waited 9 days and my installment was returned (Klarna returned because the supplier could not deliver on time) so i thought it cancelled and i bought another cycle from the physical store but after 10 days again money was taken from my account. i told to cancel my order but now i have to pay 200 euro cancellation fee. being a student 200 is way too much for me. very very disappointed. and it is still stuck in transit and its been 14 days.

Got to say I thought this was a scam site. I ordered from in the UK to have a e-bike delivered in Spain on 29th August. The communication wasn’t good but the e-bike was delivered on the right date. It’s brilliant. I have contacted the retailer and mentioned the communication and they are going to work on it.
