Horrendous service.
Constant mistakes. No one knows the process. Loads of calls to a South African team who says computer says no.
Currently £100 out of pocket for a handset I had to send back which was received on 9th June (no refund) and a contract that I cannot use which I am still being charged for.
Avoid at all costs - go to car phone warehouse instead.
Maybe someone from buy mobiles in the Uk may call me to discuss?!

I’ve tried to contact you to discuss your experience with us and put things right, however I haven’t been able to reach you.
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the journey you have experienced with the return of your handset. We understand the importance of completing a cancellation efficiently to be able to refund any owed monies.
I have looked into your order and can see that the contract disconnection has been sent to O2, however, we are still waiting for an update on this. I have raised this with our returns team to get an update on this.
Once we have disconnected the contract, the order will be cancelled. At this point, your upfront cost will be fully refunded, and any monies owed by the network will be processed by them on the following billing cycle.

Ive bought serval contracts through buymobiles, never had any issues, phone arrives in a couple of days, nothing bad to say. And the deals are alot cheaper compared to going direct

The company representative was very thorough with dealing with me. She noted my needs, of which I had already made a decision upon with my daughter & made the experience of buying a contract & phone through them, very reassuring. She also checked signals in my regular locations, offered by the prospective service providers & phoned me back on more than one occasion, as my signal dropped out. It was my daughter who reminded me of them & it was me who had put her onto buymobiles.net in the first place, some years ago.

An awful stressful experience
Ordered a Samsung galaxy s24, had to phone to cancel an order before buying this one and was transferred 3 different times speaking to 4 different people, then had to do additional security checks which meant sending in a picture of my ID, took multiple days, delaying the phone which was then accepted but out of stock, was told 4-7 days before phone which after 9 days was told another 4-7 days, then after a few more days was told I could get a different colour which had to choose as they told me ANOTHER 4-7 DAYS TILL MY PHONE WOULD BE AVAILABLE. 24 hour delivery my ass, it took about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get my phone, phone was received and sim wasn’t even activated so I had a fault number and no data which was then told it would take up to 4 days for that to work, an absolute mess I am not happy with, took all the joy of getting a new phone and turned it into a stressful madness

Whilst going through the ordering process, the handset may have been in stock at the time, however, one does not get allocated to an order until it is is approved of all checks. I can understand how frustrating this delay must be especially when you are looking forward to your new device!

What a shambles of a company!!
If you want to wait for ages for a phone, to be sent a new line instead of an upgrade and to be charged all the fees which you aren’t then using this is the company for you.
To be told I need to send the phone back through Royal Mail and wait another two weeks for a refund. For a phone which I haven’t even opened. Fantastic service… Not!!
Spent more time on the phone to South Africa this week then anyone else dealing with people who have no idea what the process is!!
And the underlying story is, I still do not have a phone. But they have my money!!

Absolute dog shite.
You can’t get a worse service anywhere. Yes the sales was good, but I requested an upgrade over the phone and got sent a new line. Had to send the whole device back, incur all the costs of a new line via Direct debit and then still have no phone.
Had to chase 9 times over the phone, spoke the Lavina, the customer service manager, parasn the supervisor, various agents and still got no where. No urgency and no email of outlining the issue and steps which they all promised to do.
So will I shop here again? No? Would I recommend it? No, pay a bit more elsewhere and avoid BUY mobile/ affordable mobiles/ MOBILE phones direct. Just avoid the hassle
