Efficient helpful customer service

As always with Buymie if I need help with an order or just to ask for advice , they get back to me immediately and resolve my problem.
In my opinion if alot more customer service platforms took a leaf out of Buymies book things would operate better. Thankyou Buymie!

Good service overall and very convenient for same-day grocery delivery.

Customer support was helpful and responsive when I had a query. One issue I experienced was that the email receipt totals didn’t match the final amount charged, which was confusing, but this was clarified by support.

Hopefully this can be improved so the receipt totals always match the final charge.

I love this app so much

I love this app so much. I am a carer for my disabled wife and our kids but hurt my back quite badly so can't walk much or lift items heavier than about 2kg so even just getting the shopping loaded into and out of the car is hard. Having it delivered straight to not just my door but my hallway, at a lower overall price than other stores thanks to the competitive base pricing then €10 off €50, €20 off €100 and €30 off €150 vouchers I get every time I shop is amazing. Being able to order up to about lunch time and Still get it same day is also brilliant. All the delivery drivers I've had were super nice and helpful, never had one who was rude or anything. Any issues with out of stock items have always been fixed perfectly with good alternatives. No complaints, been using it weekly for several months now or longer and will continue to

Great a genuine lifesaver for disabled people. The only thing I would say is that if you live for example within an apartment block or something with a disability, you end up either accruing way too many shopping bags or you select that you have your own bags and to bring the bags down but that never happens they always come straight to the door so they usually either bring a cardboard box or their own carrier bags and have to bring them. I am confused as to what to do at that point, sometimes I ask them to leave it at the door and they have to put the items on the floor which is fine for me but some shoppers would rather come in and help put them away if they know you have a disability and sometimes it can be a bit awkward because I dont know how to tell them I dont really want them to come into my house while im by myself but they insist out of politeness. Im not sure how to get it so they do actually wait at the car and let you bring out one of the many bags you already have. As well as that the tracker is often very inaccurate and they show up out of the blue while it still says theyre shopping which again thwarts efforts to try and meet them with one of the many bags you already have. I must have accrued like 25 shopping bags over the months and give them a way a lot !! But overall wonderful service very tailored and most of the time you will get exactly what you needed

Dont just complain,compliment too!

I have known Nesirin O since l started using the Buymie app.lntially there was some problems with the app but this last order went very smoothly.What is important here is that Nesirin is fantastic at keeping contact regarding shopping items( although to be honest,l am not fussy!) ,but Nesirin will look for the deals ,ask me and delivers with a big hug and smile and asks if she can carry things into kitchen for me.Thankfully despite my illness l can still manage but she is terrific.Thank you for whatever you did to make it easier for people like myself to fully understand and use these services...life changing! Thank you to the support group @ buymie,Sarah,Salphy....always cheerful and helpful.Thanx guys! Customers need to give compliments when they are needed,especially in our negatively commented upon world nowadays.! It's easy to complain but why is it so hard to say Thank you for good service?

Worst experience yet

I gave a recent review of 3 stars but Im putting in another one. The entire order and delivery was a disaster.
The delivery was hours past the time of the booked slot, and Buymie just blamed it on the fact that the shopper had multiple shops to do. No customer should order should suffer because of another.
When the shopper finally arrived, there were wrong items and missing items.
Buymie agreed to refund the delivery fee and missing items.
I then got an email saying that I had an outstanding amount that my pre auth didn't cover. It was very high, and after adding it up myself, was completely wrong by over 20 euros. I had to get back on to Buymie, who blamed the shopper.
The total was still slightly off, so I asked for a breakdown of VAT and platform fee which are not broken down on the receipt.
Watch your receipts! Total mess this time. A customer shouldn't have to spend this much time fighting for the correct items and charge.

Unreliable. Dont use it.

This service used to be great but it’s absolutely useless now. The last 3 times we’ve placed an order, we’ve been given 10 minutes notice that the delivery slot was changing by several hours. When I reached out to customer service about this I was asked could the shopping just be left at the door. Obviously leaving meats and dairy products out on the door step wasn’t an option. Ridiculous to even suggest it tbh. Today our delivery slot has been changed by 3 hours, throwing the day’s plans up into the air which is incredibly frustrating. Booked the 10-11 slot and now being told it’ll be delivered between 2-2.30. It’s the last time we’ll use Buymie and I would strongly advise others not to use it. It’s too unreliable which defeats the whole purpose of it supposedly being a convenient option. You’re paying for convenience so when it then becomes massively inconvenient it’s time to stop using it.
