EDIT** Seller has not made any effort to contact me. They are using a "canned" response to sound good and show others there is a moneyback guarantee, but they have not made any effort, nor are they willing to refund my purchase when I contact them. Another lie and scam!
I've conducted support requests with this company consisting of product availability, selection, and recommendations. All instances, the support personnel was incredibly rude and/or sarcastic. Belittling me and demeaning me for what seemed to be their entertainment. Furthermore, their products are very very cheep....so much so that the quality is very low. For example, the "same" product bought at CBDDirect or hushmedixcbd (CBD and CBG isolate) resulted in significant measurable results vs marginal or non-existent results for the products obtained from Mellow. Clearly the former online shops are far superior, albeit more expensive. That said, consuming twice as much of Mellows product vs the others do not yield twice the effects, yet the costs are not doubled for the alternatives. So one can only conclude that the Mellow products are severely lack luster, and/or outright fake. considering the personnel are rude and arrogant, and the products are junk, plus shipping costs and times are high, there is zero reason to go back to this store. Hoping this review informs others seeking real relief with their hard earned money.

I had an issue with using my credit card (the bank problem and not buymellow). I had used a coupon with it and had difficulty using it again. I contacted customer service through text and everything was explained and instructed on the next steps.
The product was a gift but I have done my research and Mellow is one of the top providers.

Just not used to it taking a week for expedited shipments.

I had a problem with an order that wasn’t correct and Mellow was very quick to solve the problem. Great response. I have dealt with them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I really think Buymellow has top notch CBD products. I've had other CBD products in the past, but Buymellow has been the best in terms of quality and effect. I am a huge fan of their CBN+melatonin sleeping pills, their topicals and their oils.

Customer service is fantastic as well. Shortly after my first order was shipped, their customer service somehow knew that they may have made a mistake with my order and proactively notified me. They quickly rectified the situation. Another time I was missing an item and they sent the item with complimentary CBD chocolate.

Between the great products and amazing service, this is definitely my go-to for CBD related products!

I was hesitant at first, prices are much lower than other places. My girlfriend needs CBD with no trace amounts of thc due to schizophrenia, and we've been struggling to find a good supplier for cheap as it's expensive. I bought 10g for 140 and got a 50$ discount, it arrived one day after shipping ( I live in vancouver and it's a vancouver company so makes sense. All I'n all I'm really happy I found your company, I would highly recommend your company to others, and will buy more soon!

Premature - As i havent received any product yet i cant rate anything. Therefore asking my opinion at this point is irrelavant!
