I purchased some decorative trim and a cross head from BuyManufacturers. The cross head turned up promptly but the door trim arrived very late. Upon opening the packaging, I discovered that what should have been a 16’ length of pilaster trim was 13’ 5” long.
It was almost certainly damaged by the freight shipper, cut down and repackaged, but BuyManufacturers.com have failed to resolve the matter. I have been forced to go directly to Fypon, the manufacturer of the trim, who have a customer service department that actually resolves issues. I would certainly not recommend BuyManufacturers !
