Magazine did not arrive. Two emails got no response; remarkably a third (through the website) was answered almost immediately, saying that the magazine had been sent but that a replacement would be despatched. It's now six weeks after the initial order, with no response to further emails, and still nothing has arrived.
Communication with this company is almost nonexistent. I placed 2 separate orders with them for Combat Patrol magazines, neither of which have been fulfilled. I used their 'contact us' link on their webpage and the email provided through PayPal. I had to raise a refund request directly through PayPal before they would respond at all to the first order. I'm going through the same process with the second order.
Will go straight to point, took 2 weeks to let me know no stock, emailed 4 times before I got a single response and another 2 emails to get a refund, hard work when it doesn’t have to be, making it harder for yourself boys, zero stock don’t bother me but communication is key and this company has zero of it, 24 hour response???. don’t even bother
