Absolutely great leather

Absolutely great leather! Exceptional value for the price. Their customer service is extremely helpful in all areas and they go the extra mile to help. I have nothing but praise for Sara of Customer Service. Her help was so appreciated. All the leather I have ordered has been great quality. Fast delivery.

I ordered 1kg of lambskin leather…

I ordered 1kg of lambskin leather remnants and got a lot of different colors and thickness, really pleased 5 stars easy. However I also ordered 2kg veg tan leather remnants, although quality of leather is very good, I got 1kg of 4mm thick leather pieces. And that's the opposite of what I was hoping for. And the other 1kg of leather is big piece of split leather which is also what I was not hoping for. Also in the order note I asked for leather thats 1.5mm thick if possible, color doesn't matter. Response I got "we do not offer skiving service to scrap/remnant orders". So yea, if you don't want thick leather or split leather, don't order veg tan remnants.

Regarding the vegetable tanned remnants, these assortments are made from mixed production leftovers. Thickness and type (including possible split leather pieces) can vary, which is why they are offered at a significantly reduced price. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific thicknesses or exclude certain types within remnant/scrap orders. But you can express preferneces in order notes and we will do our best to select the pieces you prefer.

For projects requiring precise thickness (such as 1.5mm full grain), we always recommend ordering regular hides where specifications can be selected.

Problem solved in no time

Wrong shade of leather was delivered. After contacting Customer Services the correct skins were sent to me immediately. I could return the wrong skins or receive a discount if I wanted to keep them. Sara handled the problem very well. Thank you!
