Never had an issue, great products!
Never had an issue with this company. Anything I bought was well packaged, so nothing arrived damaged, and their prices are cheaper than elsewhere. The items were as described and as per the image on the website. Delivery is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them, and have recommended them to others.

Lovely trundle bed - arrived to IE on time
Trundle bed arrived. Fantastic quality. I am based in Ireland and website noted it would be delivered within 10 days. The notifications I was receiving did not align and when I rang customer service they advised that the bed would take longer. Thankfully they were wrong and it arrived the next day within the 10 day window. I was delighted 😀

Good quality furniture, messy delivery communication
The furniture itself was delivered in a timely manner and in good quality, really happy with the final product. 4 stars because the expected delivery date was never given or visible during tracking, and when I called to ask the support agents were nice but gave me wildly different answers as to when to expect delivery (the next day vs in 12-15 days). I was also assured I would be notified the evening before delivery and I was not, in the end I received a phone call about 20 minutes before the piece was delivered. Doesn't sound like a huge deal but considering I would've had to pay in full for re-delivery if I'd happened to be out, despite trying my best to clarify and organize a delivery time with BuyItDirect, it was a bit stressful.

Avoid buyitdirect at all costs!!!
They entered wrong delivery address on DPD portal and DPD not able to deliver the items. Customer service is useless and keep telling me the delivery is rescheduled. However the address on DPD portal still not correct. Still haven’t received my items as customer service doesn’t take correct action to contact DPD directly to update address. No refund and no items received. Worst company dealt with ever!!!!

Delivery was very fast and very happy with the quality of the stools. Colour is great and goes well with our grey kitchen.

Very disappointed with this tap
Very disappointed with this tap. The colour is completely different to what is advertised online. The website photos show a much warmer, richer brushed brass finish, but the actual product is a pale, dull gold that looks nothing like the pictures. I specifically chose this tap based on the advertised colour, so receiving something so different was extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, Buy It Direct refused to accept that the item was falsely advertised and are charging me return costs because they class it as “unwanted.” This is not simply a change of mind — the product does not match the online images or expectations created by the listing.
The tap itself may function fine, but when you are paying this amount for a specific finish and style, accuracy matters. Very poor customer service and disappointing handling of a genuine complaint. I would not recommend buying unless you are prepared for the colour to look very different in person

The worst company ever to deal with bought a bed said I would have it on the of may and on the 8th of may the promised would be the11th
Ringing them all day on the 11th and kept saying the end of the day
At the end of the day no delivery surprise surprises
Then they tell me I have to wait 48 on a responds and are the rudest people ever

Can't fault them.
I was a bit hesitant to order from here, because I'd seen a few reviews complaining about delivery time, but honestly, I couldn't fault them. We ordered a bed, and it came about a week earlier than planned. The lads who delivered it were sound and accommodating, and the bed was perfect. I've even ordered more stuff since. Don't let the bad reviews put you off!
