Terrible return policy, AVOID
These guys have declined to accept my return which is atrocious. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are required to provide customers with a 14-day return window for goods purchased
Also on their website, they state that "We only accept returns for damaged or defective items, what's difference between me damaging the item on purpose (which you definitely would not know) and asking you guys for a refund because it's "defective"? Ridiculous policy!

Prompt response to damaged items
Buy in trade fulfilled and dispatched my order promptly. On delivery some of the items had been broken in transit. I emailed Buy in trade and they issued a refund for the broken items the same day - good customer service.
