I would like to thank Joe for her…

I would like to thank Joe for her excellent customer service. She was kind, patient, and very professional throughout our conversation. Even though there was a language barrier, she made every effort to understand me and help resolve my issue. Her support made a difficult situation much easier. I truly appreciate her empathy and dedication.
