SAVE TIME WITH BUYER ZONE
It was great using Buyer Zone! I just had to answer a few questions and the companies contacted me. This saved me so much research time to have the companies that could provide what I needed to contact me. I will definitely use Buyer Zone again!!
STILL WAITING
On 10/7/15 I submitted a request for quotes on office equipment, On 10/08/15 I was contacted by a rep. from BuyerZone to verify the request for quotes was real & I was told that they would have vendors contacting me soon. Today is 10/27/15 and not 1 vendor has contacted me regarding my request. Unacceptable & a complete waste of time filling out BuyerZone questionnaire.
Review of Telephone Systems
Very helpful, got immediate response from several different vendors
User friendly
Great way to apply for a business loan, it cut the red tape.
Great!
I got contacts that was able to help me, and knew what I needed.
Fast and easy
The site was simple to use and received excellent information that facilitated the decision process.
Horrible
Within minutes of submitting request my phone was ringing off the hook. I thought the benefit to using a site like yours was to keep from dealing with multiple contacts. Wont make that mistake again.
Worthless
Attempted to obtain financing sources for purchasing a new business. I stated as such in the application process. Received only 2 phone calls and both were for providing business working capital.
Steered me in the wrong dierction
So knowing that I click enter on the quote page and everybody will be calling me, I did click submit. the first call I got the lady said blob blob and didn't give me a quote on it and sent it to a different department to call me. so 2 hrs later a guy called me with promotion this and promotion that, I said I wanted a quote for a Quonset hut building and he went on about special promotions in my area and said he would sell me a straight wall building for a good deal. and he said why do you want a quonset hut ? I think they are ugly. but I can sell you this one. I tried to say I wanted a quote on a quonset, he said your not ready to buy? and then he sad that my voice was getting loud and that I had an attitude and he would no longer handle my call. ALL I WANTED WAS A QOUTE. DAMM PUSHY SALESMAN . I WILL BE SHOPPING ELSE WHERE. somewhere that when I say this is what I want, and they say here you go, call us when your ready, that's how we handle are work
Not happy
I wanted no phone calls - only emails with prices on 2 person hot tubs with no frills. Apparently finding prices (WITHOUT talking to someone) is a better kept secret than Hillary's emails.
Awesome service, nearly instant contacts with vendors.
Great service, I am considering being a client!
Missed the mark..
I used the site for one product . When asked if I might be interested in other products, I replied 'yes' and followed the prompts. I've received numerous calls regarding the other products and have not received any communication about the product in which I was most interested.
my experience
My experience using BuyerZone was positive based on the ease of use and helpful suggestions given as I answered questions. I hope to be connected to a company that will meet my needs
AWESOME!
Got a call from BuyerZone to confirm that I wanted to be contacted. And received two calls within an hour. Just great!
Confusing, ill conceived and even worse follow up
I went to this site online thinking I could competitively shop for a new copier/scanner/fax for my office. Ha! The questions covered a range of most unlikely candidates in size (seriously, do companies with 1000+ employees go to a blind, online site to shop for copiers?) and then became even more vague...e.g., an option to indicate you want additional features, but no pull down box to either select those features or add the information.
Sure enough, after about an hour, there was an impersonal email about how great offers would be coming my way shortly, but of course, none have. I have heard nothing from any of the vendors referenced in the form email.
It just goes to show that shopping locally, with real people who both know the business and care about the consumer is how to handle such a purchase.
Write this useless waste of time off of your "to do" list, and you will be glad you did.
Fast service and responses
It was a quick and easy processes that generated a lot of quick responses.
Quick and Professional
Within an hour of submitting a request for more information on their services and products I got a response that had all the information I needed.
Thanks!
Not Truthful
BuyerZone tells you "just one more.." "We're almost done" "Last Question" and more while it misleads you that a quick email is all they need. But they asked for it all and now my information is not private as they claim.
